Seem like it is UOB Payonline issue? I’ve call up to PBB , they asked me to fill up dispute form.. in the email, I told them, how can PBB allow the duplicate txn to go through without my authorization since I only requested 2 OTP, but they charged me 4 times At the same time, I also email to UOB Payonline..
