Online payment (6% for VS) - Paymentgalaxy (paybillsmalaysia.com by SAINS). Payment to Sesco and Land&Survey only.
Alternatively you may use Sarawakpay App (SiliconNet EC, also by SAINS). Top-up e-wallet to get online rebate and use the credit in e-wallet to pay Sesco, water board, land&survey or council bills etc.
P/S not eligible for special cashback campaign (eg every 2XRM100) as it is government-related.

Cash Megabonus (old PB cards?) that the cash rebate is paid once a year?
Not attractive now. Quantum cards and Visa Signatures give better rebate rate and credit monthly.

I was using PB credit card about 10 years ago, the "cash megabonus" was accumulated every month but the accumulated bonus will be converted to cash/credit once a year only, if you continue to be the cardmember in the following year. I think he is talking about the "cash megabonus".

You get OTP SMS and provide OTP? Then it is an online transaction.
If manually charged, including you key in your PIN, or you agree to Auto Debit, then it is not considered ONLINE transaction.

They just want the "quota" to earn more cashback.
eg if you have spare cashback quota for your PB VS/QM (especially with lots of supplementary), M2Amex, you can help others to pay for TNB/Telekom/Astro bills at Shopee.

so yours is a Direct Debit transaction, not online.
Try motortakaful.com, you will know what is online insurance renewal, see if you will get a SMS OTP. (Then abort the transaction if you want)
