For individuals who have very high expenditure, with the proper knowledge and know how, the pledge FD option to get another principal card under another family member is actually a wise move. So what may seem foolish to you is actually brilliant to others who know how to maximise and utilize the card.

i expect something like 10k or below may be consider, but 20k is not acceptable for me

even have a 0 mia payment record with pbb,left 2 month to pay off

For Quantum, is it RM30 cash back cap for visa and mastercard separate? meaning i can get maximum RM60 cash back from quantum card alone in a month?

They responded to my email, usually within 1 working day.
