Batu batu kecik tu, especially during peak hours, whereby u get a new request coming in eventhough current passenger baru naik.. really tak sempat nak clean those out. Coz my experience is everytime buang batu, new rider comes in, they bring in together alot of dust and batu together with them. So usually on toilet/solat breaks then only got time to clean it

Bring back Uber of 2014. Minimum fare rm7

Still cheaper than taxi, and better for the drivers as well

good la. some uber drivers are bringing taxi drivers attitude into uber. mana boleh itu machiam. regardless of uber x or uber black, both also need to take good care of their car.

which is why i stop driving uber nowadays tongue.gif so lazy to clean up my car due to loads of work at my full time office.

For Uber they get the money back the following week, rarely missed payments. As i said on my thread, those with poor financial management sure cannot live with this..

For Grab they get the money back few days later, BUT most of the time Grab will "forget" to credit the money to drivers e-Wallet until driver themselves have to raise a complain. Then will take few weeks for them to do investigation bla bla bla then only they will credit it..

yes I did that

I got plastic carpet on top of the stock mat.similar to this. can get em from aliexpress. and I bough two sets in case of emergency. another set put in bonnet lah.

I make a habit every time customer alight from the cars , I will look at the rear passenger side, see if customer forgot anything and see if got any small stones, etc. if yes, just park anywhere in a safe place, press hazard light and clean it. even during on the way to pick up another customer. take around 1-2 minutes only lah.

so far I got 0 complaints on cleanliness ( based on the weekly report sent by Grab )

by next year, some of these rempits will be gone somehow. when gahmen implement car 5 years and below can be used for e-hailing.

some of them part timers really don't take a good care of their car and appearance. some got cloudy headlamps, lowered car, etc

People also got different kind of stress. I kana also before one customer dropped me 1 star rating for no reason. I reasoned back with CS, why should I get the unfair rating, all these while I got 5 stars rating and my current ratings is above 4.95, and I am in Ambassador prog. I offer you my service to drive you around, and Grab is a company that providing service to find me the customer. If I don't like the customer or if I think my safety is compromised I will not take the customer and I have the right to decline the job. I will greet my customer accordingly, drive safely and send my customer on time. I will keep my car presentable and clean. I will say bye bye and have a pleasant day before you alight from my car. and I will make sure none of your belongings left in my car.

let me share you how customers can be in our shitlist

1. customer booked. when arrived customer AWOL. call kenot reach. message also no reply. fret not, your number already saved by me and I will act accordingly.
2. customer eat like pig in the car. eat twisties. eat mamee. make a mess like a pig. too bad grab does not have the features yet to rate my dear customers. otherwise I will rate you accordingly.
3. put wrong destination. you say petronas gombak when we reach there actually petronas gombak batu 6. some cases are genuine since they are outsiders.
4. customer lari. already reached destination give small change then suddenly lari from car. short of money? I don't eat people one lah.real ccb.
5. customer pandai pandai show me short cut end up still stuck in the jam.haih.

I dont like this guy, but somehow agree to his point,
body odour, just had 1 when taking grab yesterday,
whole car full of that smell, and driver keep pasang lagu jiwang thru his phone probably radio rosak, but that was so annoying. GPS sound + his song thru phone speaker... doh.gif

during that time customer need to pay via cc/dc. dunno why but more quality customers back then. fare not that cheaper than now also but got quality drivers and quality customers

You have all the right reason to rate him accordingly. Open your Grab app, click on help Centre and click on report a past trip issue.

I noticed some drivers love to blast their radio during driving. quite annoying actually. during my recent trip in Malacca that darn driver did that. haih.

All those who commented why drivers can't clean the car after each trip obviously dunno how uber system works or haven't try to be a driver yet. I hope you register yourself & drive for just one day preferably weekdays. Uber has this system whereby before dropping off a rider to their destination, another will come in from nearby location. Now, it's up to the driver if they wanna accept or not but if driver want a stream of non-stop trips so that not much timevare wasted in between, we'll accept. For me, if there's an opportunity I'll take a peek behind to see if previous rider left anything or condition of the floor. If nothing too drastic, then I'll continue but if I see rubbish, I somehow have to find a place to stop & dispose of it. However, often some KNN riders do leave stuff like drinking cups or can in the back pockets. Also, some KNN riders have smell as smelly as rotten corpse boarding my car. If there's still a distance between me & the next rider, all 4 windows down to try to get rid of the smell.

For stupid drivers formerly of grab or maybe still driving for grab, riders using promo code doesn't mean uber won't pay you. Treat it just like a card payment. Uber is not like grab where all credit payment goes to the "wallet". And cash payment under uber doesn't mean all belongs to you. I've seen some drivers so happy they get say 90 bucks for a trip but in actual fact haven't deduct Uber's 25%. And drivers who prefer cash payment only & hate card paying riders. Bodo spesis ini.

From the pic and comment chefwan stated, it just dust on floor mat .. it is not rubbish everywhere ..
for me is still acceptable / tolerance as UberX may running since morning till noon and many of pessanger up and down ..
(of course if clean car good service, we rate 5 star. that is why rating system is there)

If UberBlack, it should provide better services as pay MUCH more, this is what we expected. ..
So dusty is not tolerance here ..

Odor / Smell, this one i cannot comment .. driver himself need to take care ..
(and i cannot tahan some driver like to put strong car perfume in car)

Anytime I took Uber or Grab, I will sure give my stars according to the service I received and environment I am subjected to.

Only with such consistent demand for quality then only our service industry can advanced to the next level. Sampai bila nak sangkut kat mentality kampung??

I think that might Uber driver . I dunno man, I drive for Grab. for me if I don't accept the job I just cancel the incoming notification, my customer won't know. so far I have used several times the cancel job button AFTER i accept the job, all due to no show customer/wrong location given.

in your case you should inform the provider accordingly.

Bodo. Don't use uber la.

After I had to pay extra fare which I don't know beforehand, I stopped using Uber. Now I use Grab or actual Taxi.

I have relative that does Uber/Grab. I did advise him to at least whack the floormats outside for sand/dust if the interior cleaning is difficult and time consuming. There will be improvement in the cabin air quality. I also hate dirty floormats.

Some ppl smart they buy those colorful thick coil mats that hide dirts.

in anycase, i dont expect every time drop of customer, driver come out to vacuum his mat la. lol. once or two days do it is sufficient.

not everyone is as tolerant as you...
their next ride might even be more fussy than pak wan...
i've taken both grab and uber where the driver really take good care of the car, even if its slightly old car...

cleaning the mat doesn't take whole day...and they dont have to do it after every ride...
judge your car yourself and see if its clean....
they can do it during their break or just before picking up next passenger...
nobody request for squeaky clean car...just something everyone comfortable sitting in...
and it should not be measured with how much you pay for the service...

will you be okay if all the hospital start to use unclean equipment for treatment and ask you to go to Prince Court if want cleaner service ?
you only pay for treatment, not for the cleanliness what...
