As we all know, different people got different level of toleration on different things. like me I cannot stand if my car is dirty. some are okay with it. can live with it.
People also got different kind of stress. I kana also before one customer dropped me 1 star rating for no reason. I reasoned back with CS, why should I get the unfair rating, all these while I got 5 stars rating and my current ratings is above 4.95, and I am in Ambassador prog. I greet my customer nicely, I drive safely and I say thank you every time customer alight from my car. and I have vidcam to back up my statements. took me one week to settle it.
Imagine you on the road for several hours and it took one cbk to ruin your day.
My principle is simple. this is ride sharing service. I don't owe you anything and you don't owe me anything. I offer you my service to drive you around, and Grab is a company that providing service to find me the customer. If I don't like the customer or if I think my safety is compromised I will not take the customer and I have the right to decline the job. I will greet my customer accordingly, drive safely and send my customer on time. I will keep my car presentable and clean. I will say bye bye and have a pleasant day before you alight from my car. and I will make sure none of your belongings left in my car.
let me share you how customers can be in our shitlist
1. customer booked. when arrived customer AWOL. call kenot reach. message also no reply. fret not, your number already saved by me and I will act accordingly.
2. customer eat like pig in the car. eat twisties. eat mamee. make a mess like a pig. too bad grab does not have the features yet to rate my dear customers. otherwise I will rate you accordingly.
3. put wrong destination. you say petronas gombak when we reach there actually petronas gombak batu 6. some cases are genuine since they are outsiders.
4. customer lari. already reached destination give small change then suddenly lari from car. short of money? I don't eat people one lah.real ccb.
5. customer pandai pandai show me short cut end up still stuck in the jam.haih.
