yes I did that

I got plastic carpet on top of the stock mat.similar to this. can get em from aliexpress. and I bough two sets in case of emergency. another set put in bonnet lah.

I make a habit every time customer alight from the cars , I will look at the rear passenger side, see if customer forgot anything and see if got any small stones, etc. if yes, just park anywhere in a safe place, press hazard light and clean it. even during on the way to pick up another customer. take around 1-2 minutes only lah.

so far I got 0 complaints on cleanliness ( based on the weekly report sent by Grab )

I don't know about Uber, but Grab credit back the promo $ to our account the next following week. no such thing as promo code=free ride.

by next year, some of these rempits will be gone somehow. when gahmen implement car 5 years and below can be used for e-hailing.

some of them part timers really don't take a good care of their car and appearance. some got cloudy headlamps, lowered car, etc

have some pride lah

and when u are on the road for quite some times, hardly can tolerate with people sometimes.

As we all know, different people got different level of toleration on different things. like me I cannot stand if my car is dirty. some are okay with it. can live with it.

People also got different kind of stress. I kana also before one customer dropped me 1 star rating for no reason. I reasoned back with CS, why should I get the unfair rating, all these while I got 5 stars rating and my current ratings is above 4.95, and I am in Ambassador prog. I greet my customer nicely, I drive safely and I say thank you every time customer alight from my car. and I have vidcam to back up my statements. took me one week to settle it.

Imagine you on the road for several hours and it took one cbk to ruin your day.

My principle is simple. this is ride sharing service. I don't owe you anything and you don't owe me anything. I offer you my service to drive you around, and Grab is a company that providing service to find me the customer. If I don't like the customer or if I think my safety is compromised I will not take the customer and I have the right to decline the job. I will greet my customer accordingly, drive safely and send my customer on time. I will keep my car presentable and clean. I will say bye bye and have a pleasant day before you alight from my car. and I will make sure none of your belongings left in my car.

let me share you how customers can be in our shitlist

1. customer booked. when arrived customer AWOL. call kenot reach. message also no reply. fret not, your number already saved by me and I will act accordingly.
2. customer eat like pig in the car. eat twisties. eat mamee. make a mess like a pig. too bad grab does not have the features yet to rate my dear customers. otherwise I will rate you accordingly.
3. put wrong destination. you say petronas gombak when we reach there actually petronas gombak batu 6. some cases are genuine since they are outsiders.
4. customer lari. already reached destination give small change then suddenly lari from car. short of money? I don't eat people one lah.real ccb.
5. customer pandai pandai show me short cut end up still stuck in the jam.haih.

during that time customer need to pay via cc/dc. dunno why but more quality customers back then. fare not that cheaper than now also but got quality drivers and quality customers

suddenly when they accept cash and become a little bit lax with driver, all kind of shits happened.till now

You have all the right reason to rate him accordingly. Open your Grab app, click on help Centre and click on report a past trip issue.

I noticed some drivers love to blast their radio during driving. quite annoying actually. during my recent trip in Malacca that darn driver did that. haih.

I think that might Uber driver . I dunno man, I drive for Grab. for me if I don't accept the job I just cancel the incoming notification, my customer won't know. so far I have used several times the cancel job button AFTER i accept the job, all due to no show customer/wrong location given.

in your case you should inform the provider accordingly.
