If you are in the service business, then please FARKING make sure your car is clean, dust free and smell free.
Anytime I took Uber or Grab, I will sure give my stars according to the service I received and environment I am subjected to. Only with such consistent demand for quality then only our service industry can advanced to the next level. Sampai bila nak sangkut kat mentality kampung?? |

Yes I support him, uber should be better than taxi. I also realise that the services is getting bad already. From now onward will be poor rating to those fail the ensure cleanliness.
