As Malaysia is GMT+8, so the safest time frame for weekend spend is
8pm Sat (GMT-12 time zone) - 8pm Sun (GMT+12 time zone) for online transaction.

It is based on transaction date.
I used the Amex card at a supermarket in London on a Sunday evening, I got rebate even though it was already on Monday in Malaysia.

Yes, transaction date must be sat/sun. No need to follow Malaysia time (00:00 sat - 23:59 sun).

I know eCCRIS is FOC but the info is quite limited and predicted.
I got CTOS to check on CTOS score, addresses, directorships and other financial info, once every few years or when needed.

Only for first 1000 cardholder spent >RM1000.
Maybank customer base is quite big.
Too late to buy air ticket or goods at Taobao!

400 TP = RM1
80k TP = RM200
Then pay the balance by cash or CC
