I saw some comparison of battery between iphone 8+ with Samsung Galaxy Note 8, it seems like iPhone 8+ drained faster. But i look at Note 8 thread in LYN, it seems their SOT only 3 or 4 hours per day.. So, which phone's battery is better?

Ive been using i8 plus for nearly 2 weeks now, since I bought in Saudi Arabia, this is my review.
- Overall feeling is like I7 plus, the cpu wont be utilized much by IOS 11 btw - battery usage is similar to i7 plus (i dont notice much differences) - camera for portrait is superb, i mean damn excellent (major selling point) - minor camera upgrades in general for still picture - ois in videos works great, less shake compared to i7 plus - all i7 plus casing and tempered glass works perfectly (tested by me as I upgrade from 7 plus as well) - all wireless charger work with i8 plus, I used samsung wireless charger btw - the system with lastest ios update will consume 5.83 Gb, and I installed nearly 65 apps and still having 51.55 gb left (mine is 64gb) - if you like videos, go for 256, if you are casual user like me, with hundreds of whatsapp images...64gb is more than enough Guide for storage is below link :- https://www.phonearena.com/news/64GB-or-256...e-space_id98083 I quote from the website link above :- "Okay! So which one do I get: 64GB or 256GB iPhone 8? On a 64GB iPhone 8, you can store 1000 songs, 2500 regular photos, 2500 Live Photos, 2 hours of 4K video at 30fps, 20 of the most popular apps, 10 of the most popular games, and Apple's own productivity suite of applications. That's a lot of stuff, and if you think you can fit within these figures, then you'll be totally fine with a 64GB iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus. " |

QUOTE(hensky @ Oct 13 2017, 07:29 PM) So the total amount of RM4708 is inclusive of the 24months of RM78 package and also the phone?Sorry, I plan to go for the plan as well but I am totally noob in those telco plans. Scenario 1: iPhone 8 Plus 64GB Change Plan Digi Postpaid RM78 - 24 months Total: RM3613 So i pay RM3613 lump sum and i get the phone as well as i have paid full for Digi Postpaid RM78 for 24 months, which means i won't be charged again for 24 months? Or? If i opt for EPP, then the total is RM4877, which means my first payment is RM203 and continue on for another 24 months? TQ This post has been edited by Savor_Savvy: Oct 14 2017, 08:11 PM |

Scenario 1, Device Price *RM3,005.00 Upfront Payment * (Rebated throughout your contract)RM530.00 Plan Advance Payment * (Rebated in first month bill)RM78.00 Total RM3,613.00 Assumming if you use only RM78 per month, you will start paying your bills from 8th month onwards(after deduction of your upfront payment and plan adanvce payment). FYI, if you are current Digi postpaid user for 1 or 2 years, you may waive the upfront and plan advance payment if you walk in to Digi centre. For EPP, Yes, your understanding is correct. But it is variable, as maybe during the usage, you purchase extra internet plans/ roaming when you are travelling to overseas. * Price is subjected to 6% GST This post has been edited by realitec: Oct 14 2017, 08:55 PM |

I think i am almost a year or more than a year on digi postpaid. The payment you need to pay is RM3,613 + 6% GST. Meanwhile, the RM530 will be rebate monthly until 0, then you will need to start paying your bill. If you have good monthly payment through the year with digi postpaid, you highly likely will get the upfront payment waived. As for the EPP part, your first payment will be RM203+6% GST. I thought the rebate will be used to reduce ur monthly plan fee for 2 years to approximately RM50 per month? not the way you mentioned "only start to pay from certain month" onwards? |
