Quite disappointed with this realease TBH.
Was expecting a little more in terms of battery capacity or more upgrade in camera.
Also that design is in its 4th year now lol
*
Yes, the design ought to be upgraded. At least have the X design. But with the glass at the back, it looks way sexier than before.

Contemplating either to go for 7+ or 8+.

Coming from Android 4.0 btw, holding the trigger still
*
Totally a different platform. Any iphones will do better, especially in terms of lags.

Last time I bought iPhone 6 in Apple Store, US. Inside the sim tray already have a T-Mobile sim card, at first I thought it's locked to T-Mobile. Then it's all okay. Cheaper by 400-500, MY that time not yet launch.
It's worth it. Last time no pin ejector, I don't know if now they already include it.
*
Is it? I recalled my Ip6+ came with one pin ejector.

QUOTE(hensky @ Oct 13 2017, 07:29 PM)
yes, every month you pay rm 4708 / 24
*
So the total amount of RM4708 is inclusive of the 24months of RM78 package and also the phone?

Sorry, I plan to go for the plan as well but I am totally noob in those telco plans.

Scenario 1:

iPhone 8 Plus
64GB
Change Plan
Digi Postpaid RM78 - 24 months
Total: RM3613

So i pay RM3613 lump sum and i get the phone as well as i have paid full for Digi Postpaid RM78 for 24 months, which means i won't be charged again for 24 months? Or?

If i opt for EPP, then the total is RM4877, which means my first payment is RM203 and continue on for another 24 months?

TQ

Hi,
I am glad to share with you what I understand.

Scenario 1,

Device Price *RM3,005.00
Upfront Payment *
(Rebated throughout your contract)RM530.00
Plan Advance Payment *
(Rebated in first month bill)RM78.00
Total RM3,613.00

Assumming if you use only RM78 per month, you will start paying your bills from 8th month onwards(after deduction of your upfront payment and plan adanvce payment). FYI, if you are current Digi postpaid user for 1 or 2 years, you may waive the upfront and plan advance payment if you walk in to Digi centre.

For EPP,

Yes, your understanding is correct. But it is variable, as maybe during the usage, you purchase extra internet plans/ roaming when you are travelling to overseas.

* Price is subjected to 6% GST
*
Thanks. Can you explain further on the 'bold' part? How much should i pay as my first payment? RM530 or RM3,613? I think i am almost a year or more than a year on digi postpaid.

now we wait maxis desperate make zerolution for ipong again XD

i can wait a bit.

but yeah so far, digi is the cheapest plan+phone
worth the bucks
upfront for RM500 +
monthly become like RM180 +
quite gooding

making me feel want to port out from maxisone RM188
*
I still don't get the upfront, monthly thing.

The upfront is first time payment (first month(, after that every month RM180++ till the end of the 24 months?

based on what i understand.
IF

iphone8+ 64gb | digi price: RM3005

plan 78 | RM78 monthly, so total if you pay for 78x24month is RM1872

TOTAL: 3005+1872= RM4877
---------------

BUT: digi require upfront for ready cash RM530 (this will deduct in you monthly bills later) (no plan bills for 8 month, just pay fon for the first 8 month

easy math:
divide phone price/24 = RM125
digi plan/month = RM78

Total both is around = RM203/month for 24months

this is what i understand la, i dunno why digi make it complicated, why dun show like maxis, exactly how much you need to pay/month  rclxub.gif
*
Which means if you did not choose the easy payment, the first payment that you have to fork out is RM3613, right? Which includes first 8months no bill.

It doesn't work like that. Rm530 will be divided into 24 months, and your monthly bill will be less. Means rm78 - (530/24).

What u mention is instant rebate which only celcom offers
*
So which is which? Or any Digi representative here?

Else i need to take a trip down to Digi Centre.
