oh shit my status on q0010 says on delivery....but tomolo holiday i no work leh....how?i put office address btw how to check tracking number?
Mine also shipping in progress but tomorrow's a holiday, so maybe Saturday or next Monday can get. I can't see the shipping details because it's seems like the courier service tracking system down.
You go to the top page My Qoo10 and once you inside you can see your order status shipping on delivery. Below it got Shipping info. Click it and you see your details but I can't see mine and it says Not Found
The requested URL /official/etracking.php was not found on this server.. You need to write privately to the seller what's your shipping tracking number and what courier service he uses. Good luck!
Their business hours:
Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm) Sat (8:30am - 12:30pm)

Some smartphone can lock in GPS even tho inside the house. As to your question why I want to lock in GPS inside the house, I wanted to prepare early for appointments so that the next day I just select and click the destination I had set straight away and go. I do need to travel many places yah know!

If want to compare with rn4 in battery life. Then rn4 same usage pattern and check battery left % at around 10pm is nr4 still hv 30% compare to A1 that left 9% in my case.
As for GPS lock at home. This morning try in kitchen. The Waze open up, after few second the map start turn and adjust the position . I consider it as manage to lock my house location already.
Yup. 1020mAh is an obvious difference from the RN4 in terms of battery longevity. That's great! First priority for me is the GPS lock in issue. No point myself getting a RN4 when the GPS having lots of issue. Until today there's still no improvement on the two sets of RN4 for GPS lock in.

does xiaomi mi 5x have offical global rom? can we flash mi a1 into miu rom?
The main focus of the Mi A1 was to highlight it's a pure stock Android and it's a flagship dual camera and it's better for you to pick directly the Mi5X rather than switching the gear itself since you sounded like you missed the MIUI too much!
For all potential new buyer and user of the Mi A1 that matters!
This new budget smartphone has a Google Pixel feel to it at one-fourth the price Remember Android One? You may not, as it’s been quite a while. The Google initiative that meant to spread Android in low-cost devices in developing countries surfaced about three years ago but went sort of quiet.
Well, now it’s back and on a Xiaomi smartphone, the Mi A1. Xiaomi’s own interface, a heavy skin on Android, called the MiUi, is full of customisation and features that set it apart. But none of those are present on the new Mi A1, which has ‘pure Android’ on it. Apart from a tweak here and there, the software is all Google, which is why Xiaomi uses the tag line ‘Created by Xiaomi, Powered by Google,’ to describe the phone.
Stock advantage Pure Android has a host of advantages, much as Mi fans may love Xiaomi’s MiUi, now in its 9th version. Pure Android means a phone will be running smooth, without any bloat and lag from a manufacturer frantically piling on the features. It also means the phone will get updates and upgrades quickly, keeping it refreshed and more secure. In fact, Xiaomi says the A1 will upgrade from the current Android 7.1.2 to Android 8.0 or Oreo, and even goes so far as to say it will get Android P, whatever that may be. Peppermint, maybe.
Another advantage of the Android One experience is that the device will present as ‘simple’. Time and again I get asked for recommendations on a phone that isn’t too complicated. Those who use a smartphone for some of the basics such as calling, messaging, browsing, email and YouTube, want nothing more and don’t even want to know that other uses exist at all or that a device can be customised limitlessly. A little swipe to the right will show the Google feed. A swipe up will open the apps drawer. And another bonus: A press down on the home button will trigger the Google Assistant, which was the sole domain of Google’s own Pixel phones not too long ago, as well as one of its two main USPs — the other being the highly rated camera. So with the Mi A1, you now get quite a bit of what you would on the Pixel.
Solid and standard That’s as far as the software. To look at, the Mi A1 is a slight variation on the theme that phones in this segment are following. It’s a metallic phone and will come in pale gold, black and rose gold — to begin with it seems to be the gold that’s available. The back is all smooth on this 5.5-inch device, with antenna lines hugging the top and bottom contours in a somewhat iPhone-like fashion. No surprises there. On the back you’ll see the AndroidOne logo along with the Mi and the cameras and round fingerprint sensor.
On the front, the phone looks completely standard. I intensely dislike the fact that the phone is gold on the back and white on the front, but that’s an individual preference, I’m sure. The front has 2.5D glass curving in and making the smartphone look more than it actually costs. But the rounded edges and sides do make the smooth phone a little vulnerable to slipping, so a textured case might be a good idea. It is a solidly built device though.
The Mi A1 works on the tried and tested Snapdragon 625, a stable octa-core processor present in many sturdy budget phones. It has 4 GB of RAM to work with, quite enough for most needs on this phone. It has 64 GB of internal storage plus a card slot for more. In comparison, one of the most recently launched phones, the LG Q6 uses Snapdragon 435 at the same price point. The software meets this configuration halfway to make the device nice and smooth to use. It has other features users will be pleased with: An IR blaster to let you use it as a remote. It obviously has dual SIM capability and VoLTE-LTE support, which is now too standard to mention.
The 1920x1080p display is totally comfortable to work with. It’s bright and clear. It doesn’t have screen customisations like other Xiaomi phones because we’re now on pure Android. If you want a blue light filter, get one from the Play Store. The battery on board is 3080 mAh, which works well through the day and can take you through more depending on your usage and the Battery Saver feature.
Two for the price of one The other much-touted feature of the Mi A1 is its dual camera setup. It has two 12 MP main cameras meant to get you that depth effect. It doesn’t do that too badly if you are in good light. If not, in any case you’ll be told that it’s too dark to attempt it. The camera app is the one customisation here, from Xiaomi. You get a button to tap for 2X optical zoom, an implementation popularised by the iPhone 7. The Mi A1’s is essentially a good-light camera though. The front camera is a 5 MP shooter.
If you are missing Geekyranjit reviews on Youtube...........
By conclusion the current or ex user of the google nexus or pixel, this might seems a good bargain in terms of price and definitely a quick updates and simplicity lover while the MIUI users will not be getting use to this device due to probably too simple and lack of this and that features.
My humble advise will be do some research first before you decide if this phone suitable for your needs and not the hype surrounding it. Make WISE decision and no more complaining!

You have to ask yourself! Do you need a simple and lag free phone with Bokeh effect camera shot + GPS lock in spot on or not..........
Any phone in this world got pros and cons. Nothing perfect! Later if come out Redmi Note 5 Pro or in the future Mi A2, you can always sell this and buy new one becoz you got it cheap. I calculated the rugi I will encounter at least RM319 if I would change to a new phone in the future compared to high end phones where you will rugi more than RM500+ if not RM1000+...........

Anyway most importantly item exactly as expected. Seller bungkus quite neatly with white polystyrene and the box was not damaged at all which is great considering from Butterworth, Penang.
The resit looks like cap ayam resit where you can buy at any stationery department and not invoice yah!
Open the box and thankfully it's the phone and not 50 sen coins.....
The phone definately looks like an Iphone 7 Plus
Well I need to do some check in and will update further details later yah!
Japan Panties..... , if yours from Puchong area, they closed at 1pm today yah but not sure they got do overtime. It depends fully on the driver now and not seller or Gdex itself.

I just tried hands on at Penang Queensbay Mall.
I feel the camera is so so only. Tried recording 4k, but due to no EIS/OIS, very shaky (blame my hands )
Build quality is amazing, screen I compared with RN4 I feel MiA1 screen quality is better.
For this price, it's value for money for its pure vanilla android experience. Don't hope too much for the camera department.
If the camera is super good, their flagship smartphones all no business and in the future conquered by google. Google already buying HTC's hardware...........dunno what they are up to.....
