Same here. I got the 1gb update for November. So big. Have to wait very long to download again.

After 2 weeks plus usage, i think this phone has good network connectivity.
Its just my house that dont have line, same problem for my old phone honor 6.
but if i use the phone at other areas, its good. constant 4G.

conclusion: phone has good wifi connection and constant 4G with Maxis.

Malaysia is using global set. I think that's how it goes with other phones as well..
They will make a global set and then export/import to other countries.

Xiaomi Malaysia Fb page already said that some batch have 2 pin and some have 3 pin to meet the demands here.
As long as the box have global set sticker and EIN sticker its a legit set that has warranty cover.
You can always call service center to check the serial number

Guys.. do you guys have issues with the fingerprint scanner? I've added my fingerprint to the phone but whenever I scan it asks for PIN for additional security.

It works perfectly all this while since date of purchase.
Now I can only unlock by fingerprint when the phone recognizes my face cuz I've added smart unlock as well.

But when I use fingerprint without looking at the phone, it will ask for PIN. This just started today. So weird.
Any solution to this? I've tried deleting the fingerprint and add again but the problem persists.

Edit: somehow after posted this post it works fine.
Idk if this is a bug or because I didn't place my finger hard enough on the scanner. But normally it works very well. Impossible I didn't place finger properly for 20+ times
