i tot the ricoh driver is for the built in card reader?

hmm... dell called me yesterday and informed me that my laptop will be here by today (thursday) around 9am ~ 2pm .. ordered my laptop on 2nd day of PC fair..

yay! mine arrived just now, but too bad it not on my hand now, i ask them deliver to my hometown, is my mom received it. will back this weekend to take it. cant wait to play with it....

they preloaded vista basic for me.. taukeh i wan waste my money by downgrading?




it say chipset driver

ricoh 1 is for built in card reader and intel 1 is for chipset 1

~ downgrade it and using ahem 1st mar

eheh if can i am thinking to install both xp and vista ler.. but i dunno how anyway will try to upgrade d driver and see

oh btw, do google on sony vaio`s wallpaper, its looking marvellously great on my inspiron

u need at least 2 partition....1st partition u use to install vista n another partition u use to install xp...or vice versa...

wat i did b4, i install xp on c:....then use vista bootable dvd...boot with it...install on d:...then after everything done, during bootup process...will show menu to choose which os u wanna run

ask for your order no.... they gave me mine...
currently it's in transit, it was ship from factory yesterday..
and estimated date arrived is 20th April...
hopefully they r sharp...

should even cc a copy to their manager and their CEO .... or even Micheal Dell bout this issue

If you guys really got bad services given by those agent. Remember to complaint or escalate them. Because one day they may become the manager their whole team do the same bad services to the rest of the customer. When we need to voice out what bad experience been given by them, so they will learn from that and improve.

recently really boh song dell technical support service.....never phone back me on time...told me 2-3hours but end up around 5hours

if you want to have 2 os , make sure you have 2 partition
install one in one partition ....
during booting , it will ask you which os you want to run
