Besides emerald 9 n youcity , have anyone considered trion for investment too?

I’m divided among the 3 projects, any sifu here can give some comparison?

Is non comparable. Trion is located not within the same area. That is in KL with no LRT/MRT walking distance, not to say direct connection.

Emerald 9 got covered link bridge to MRT, got shoplot and office below , some more food court and big grocery store and hotel , totally different concept with other two project bro

Everything is there with Township development for sure price will be slightly higher than other project in Cheras.

OSK mia layout looks more legit.
dunno why this E9 duwan do 2 room like typical layout.

but as the picture, the dot dot line,really enough space to make it 3 room 1 bathroom ke ? hmm.gif

Dotted line meaning the wall is not there. Is up to your creativity to partition and re-design the layout. Additional cost involved of course.
Well, coz is the trend actually since people actually now promoting number of rooms, not the unit size.
2 rooms unit at 400k with MRT connectivity, where to find.

Here an example of a project layout, new launch as well. Initial layout is not according to the current trend. So developer need to add in dotted line to the layout to turn it into 2 bedroom unit and promote. In order not to lose out to this new trend. Remember: 2 rooms unit at 400k. That's the key.

i think meant the cheras trader square near C180 balakong... haha... very hot and popular location in cheras south currently...
