Not sure if i cant ask here, but on digi apps the internet adds on, there is this bestseller giving 6GB internet (12am-6am) for 3 days for RM6 only.

i subscribed to this but somehow when i tether i didnt touch that 6GB quota instead my normal internet quota even im using after midnight.

any explanation?

They should engage with Ambassadors more often... that's kind of the point of an Ambassador right? Hopefully we'll hear something soon that will keep us with DiGi (or the Ambassador plan).

In other words, the Ambassador has become too mainstream?

What do you think about this plan now? What can be improved for us? I hope that we all can discuss this and provide feedback to you so that you can put it up to them.
Of course, whatever we want must be reasonable but I don't see why normal Digi users can have but we don't. Unless they specify to us how much money they want to make from this plan based on the number of subscribers.

The number of slots has been increased earlier this year I think... maybe based on seniority? My friend suddenly had 1000 slots middle of this year.

Anyway, if no feedback is being given for this plan, how can this plan possibly improve? Sure, it's for friends and family... but it's meant to be attractive to friends and family, not for friends and family to give charity to DiGi just because the person giving out this plan works for DiGi.

That's my point. Suppose to be better than open market plans. Cause it's exclusive for staffs. Example, using this plan to subscribe to cheaper phones.

Prepaid:
1GB - 1 hour - RM 1
300MB - 1 day - RM 1

Amb plans lack of lots of flexibility like the prepaid plans for its users.
In fact, Amb plans actually need to pay for GST while prepaid plans are waive from GST currently.

Even though I'm a Digi user for more than 10 years and I have no any privilege from general customers.
Can't Digi do something to its loyal customers?

Suggestion:
1. Make Amb plans at least on par with or more attractive than prepaid plans.
2. Maintain Digi's long-term customers relationship.

Not comparing 1 hour / 1 day to 1 month but I can't purchase add-on / one-time pass internet on demand with Amb plans.

I know but I do not need the 3GB/7d, you can't treat all people the same.

It's really funny while Digi give prepaid plans a lot of flexibility while amb / postpaid plans have no choice.

I've always had this SMS FOC thing in my Ambassador account... but the SMS I send are never FOC. I suggest you try it out first, before trying to send SMS to everyone for Christmas/New Year.
