B618 won't be too fast to drain your 50GB internet quota?

Nope. Just use to stream movie on weekend and youtube only.. Will update next month 16th..haha

Place near window close as possible. Ping ok already.

Actually 40mbps is good enough considering your plan came with quota. But if you still want to tweak a bit by locking the band on the modem, you can read Digi infinite thread (search for Huawei). There's instruction and software to installs.

Thanks to TS! Ported 2 lines from Maxis to Amb68 and Amb38. With unifi 100 mbps at home, phone data and speed is no longer that critical.

Your AMB38 qouta still same like below?

Yes, 3GB data, 1000 mins. But the 1000 mins is prorated for first month.

Thanks, meaning digi havent upgrade or no plan to upgrade amb38.

Just need tu change to digi prepaid first first then convert to digi rm38 plan then

Previously I'm on amb68 (main line) and bb70 (supplementary line).
So now, I have changed amb68 to new postpaid 38.
Before that, they said if you have supplementary line under your main line, you cannot change to any plan.
So, I separated my supplementary line from my main line.
After that, they mentioned that my name will be removed from ambassador list since I changed my plan.
If like that, what will happen to my amb bb 70 plan since I only changed amb68 to new38.
Then I need nominate my name again?

I think the sales answered you without knowing you have engaged with another BB70?

Actually he knows, since he separated my main line and supplementary line. But he is quite firm with his answer that once you have changed plan, your name will be removed from the list. In the end, he also said you need to nominate your name again.

Yup, still amb70. By right it should not affect this plan, cause it's still active.

Sometimes, i really doubt what their staff said until it happens.
just same as a lot of promises not honoured.

From my past experience, i will advise do registering ambassador plan as principle account.
First, you wont able enjoy supplementary account discount. Second, it will easy for you to change plan.

Dont go for amb38. Not worth it anymore.

Go for digi 38 instead.

because i got 2 lines. digi 38 only 1 nric 1 line
so i think will go for 1 amb 38 & 1 digi 38

I see.. No choices then. Not sure why digi haven't update amb38. Even digi 28 more worth it. But prepaid and no mnp
