if i hotspot to laptop and open youtube which quota will be used? base or stream free?

So im thinking of upgrading to amb 75, currently using amb 70 without device. How long are the contract if i want to include the device? And how should i tell them if i want the device?
total monthly is RM 75+9+sst right? Thats RM90+-. Is there any way to add device without upgrading to amb 75?

Do i need to pay upfront again or not?

so i ask digi live chat. he said no need to pay upfront for the plan amb75 if upgrade from 70, just pay upfront for the device, is it true or i misunderstood him?

Just got back from digi store, staff there said i cant upgrade from amb70 to amb 75 becoz of ambassador plan, if normal plan can upgrade. So, i end up terminating current amb70, and subs to new amb 75 with e-5785lh modem, paid rm225 total

Speed test area sg. Ramal baru, kajang.
Any idea how to get the most out of this modem?
