then later change plan to lets say cakap plan
after that can change back to ambassador plan again?
or have to re-nominate again?
or as long as ic nominated in ambassador programme is forever?

That Will eliminate ur record in ambassador nomination and u will need to be nominated again

May I know..the speed capped or not..Some people told me it capped to 5mpbs
