Mine got the rm5 option but then i only manage port in one number.
Possibility Digi give offer as they see fit.

To have this RM5/3GB/7days offer you'll need to have 'Base' monthly internet plan.

I guess :

- One of your number (Subcribe Monthly Plan before) thus your free Monthly 0MB cancelled - Without any monthly internet plan you wont able to purchase above addon.

- Another number (Never Subcribe any Monthly Plan) and the Monthly 0MB still intact so you able to purchase above addon.

You can try call DiGi CS thru 0162211800 and request CS to reactivate Monthly 0MB.

Some CS might not entertain this request but you can always try call few times.. sure there's nice CS to help you activate this plan

But DiGi only provide Free 5GB 'Data' for you to stream music. You'll still need to pay for Spotify (Premium) or Joox (VIP) subcription fee if you wish to enjoy their premium service.

Yup, called CS, complained that can’t see the option for RM5 3GB add-on on apps & website.
Was advised to use USSD code *200# to get the RM5 add-on.

With *200#, then only got the option.

Will try your tips to get back the Monthly 0MB .....

- Only numbers with any active Monthly Internet Plan able to redeem Music Freedom, if you cancel your monthly internet plan, all freebies quota will dissapear altogether.
- Best is keep your Free Monthly 0MB as this will renew automatically everymonth, with this you only need to redeem the freebies once a month.

- After purchase 5 times (RM5 addon) can redeem free 3GB/7Days from (MyDiGi apps -> MyDiGi Rewards -> My Badges)

I mean, not a straight 35 days(7days x 5times = 35 days). I can staggered it through within 1 year? So long as I purchase 5 times, I will get 1 time free, am I correct?

For the account with 0MB, any freebies to redeem. Don’t seem to see only freebies in MyDigi apps for it.
