i think i'm the only who prefer KRR over Nandos

Went to KRR at KL Convention Centre.

Walked myself in after not getting entertained at entrance's rostrum for few minutes.

Took menu myself after waitress glanced at me but pretended to be super busy walking here and there.

15mins before waitress stopped by to take order.

Served without utensils. Picked up myself at prep counter.

Served bill with 10%(?) service charged in.

Refused to pay the service charge. Complaint to supervisor. Since amount is already finalised in system, I agree to swipe in full and get cash refund instead.

because the grill the chicken, then left it out on cold. when there's demand from the customer. they reheat from the microwave. That is why you cannot taste the chicken because all the juice has been ooze out from the microwave oven. Most people whom cook will know this.

I have went to a few kenny rogers outlet. service is very very slow. served with cold dishes. even the macaroni with cheese is watery and bland.. seriously its overprice and we're getting substandard food. Its pretty obvious that many would move to nandos. At least the cook the chicken then serve on demand. you still get the freshness of the chicken in every bite. My gripe is the price has increased and there is less choices of side dishes. They've segregated the side dishes to two category with different pricing. sucks... it wasn't like this before. guess they want to milk more money while they still can.

Never understand why people go to KRR, pricey but taste nothing special. Felt cheated always.
