A lot of buyers have unfair advantage in Vista Wirajaya 1, 2 and PV9..
DBKL staff bought this wirajaya 1 for 230K.. LPPSA sumore.. some bought it as 5th, 6th property already.. for investment.. Wirajaya villagers bought PV9 1000sf for only RM42K.. Since Rumawip now can be rented.. Hard to compete rental and selling price in the future.. |

The developer will be asked to pay additional amount to the government to match the value and some of the additional cost may be borne by the homeowner.

Stil got one year till registration close.. Why rush? Buy bulan 12 nanti la.. save progressive interest.. Price will still the same.
