ZURAIDA, OUR NEW HOUSING MINISTER SAID AFFORDABLE HOUSING WILL NO LONGER TO BE SOLD BUT TO BE RENTED BY GOVERNMENT.. GOVERNMENT WILL RENT FOR RM400-500 per month.. Walao.. Those who bought rumawip sure mati wan, cannot compete... |

One more thing about this project.. as a setapak originin person.. I can tell you that.. 2 Kampung had been destroyed by PV/DBKL to build this 2 projects..
in the eyes of remaining kampung people, this project is capitalist project that destroy their lifehood.. My mum told me that one old guy die due to heart attack because his beloved house been destoyed.. Just for info.. |

A lot of buyers have unfair advantage in Vista Wirajaya 1, 2 and PV9..
DBKL staff bought this wirajaya 1 for 230K.. LPPSA sumore.. some bought it as 5th, 6th property already.. for investment.. Wirajaya villagers bought PV9 1000sf for only RM42K.. Since Rumawip now can be rented.. Hard to compete rental and selling price in the future.. |
