I'm interested in Sinaran at first, but after knowing this PV project, I felt this will be better if rent to the student, just doorstep for the student to go college and distance walk to LRT station is nearer compare to Sinaran.
Hearsay this Project's psf is cheaper than Sinaran. But con is rumawip juz beside if u buy the normal unit.

Mine 1 took around 2++ to 3 months to approve. I submitted at August and get approved by DBKL this month.

Some rumawip only can use developer’s panel solicitor, u may call and ask developer.
