been living in cyber since 2011 just bought studio unit @ dpulze 3rd Q last year. yes indeed the market for rental not so good. problem is with owner accepting these lowballing rental foreign ppl imho, so far right now cyber good for own stay, for investment gg liao. so many condo coming up, plus the pr1ma |
