Coz someone mentioned it's an Arab's slum so it's imperative for them to know there're working professionals currently reside in Cyber. Go check it out yourself the resident profile in Garden Residence, SEG, Sejati, Symphony Hills and other high end areas.

More likely those desperate see oncoming train inside the tunnel as light at the end of tunnel.

Property is not the only investment opportunity available. At current market sentiment, cbj property is probably the least desirable.

I only know taiko soros stays in one of them.

One year ago, one Ice person complained about share markets in US N Msia like hell then, as if u needed to borrow money from her to invest....lah

But I just quietly invested with my own money ( not money borrowed from Ice ) , and one year later the return is kinda 100% ..

U just need to ignore the noise makers ...well many are here ..in fact...and move on ..

shdin271, the issue is Cyberjaya become Realistic or Ghost Town, people who invest in Cyberjaya know well, I really like the concept of mbtl but its a bit far from center Cyberjaya, and very hard to get tenant, rental around 2k per month with furnish.

just bought studio unit @ dpulze 3rd Q last year.

yes indeed the market for rental not so good. problem is with owner accepting these lowballing rental foreign ppl

imho, so far right now cyber good for own stay, for investment gg liao.
so many condo coming up, plus the pr1ma

indeed, that part of cj really dead. mbtl perdana lake etc.

cant agree with ghost town statement, comparing 2-3 yrs back, its growing

shdin271, we talk about now and future what happen, not 2 or 3 years back, I have collected rental 7~8k per unit in cyberia 1 year ago.

Here the facts of mbtl, 900k property only rent out 1500 per month, very good, icon_question.gif

The SPA price around 900k r those bigger units, around 1500sqft. Wf discount and DIBS last time if not mistaken.

If I remember correctly, 1000sqft SPA should be around 600+k.
