Just wondering why Henna opposite the road seems like hotter cake than Avila? Smaller layout hence cheaper absolute price or the concept is better? or many agency promoting Henna?
I personally trust Sunway will materialize the cover walkway la.. lets see.. |

Afaik, Sunway Tower B to be launched end of the year.. together with the commercial lots.. finger crossed for premium grocery like Village Grocer..
