The birch vs Sunway avila which one is better?
Agent told me that The birch is better because:-
1. MRT2 connecting to TRX and KLCC just 6 station away from The Birch.
2. 3 min walking distance to MRT2
3. After MRT2 completed, The Birch will appreciate in value.
4. Easy to get Tenants due to less condo (only 4 condos with walking distance within 5 min)
5. Got amenities around.
Agent told me bad things for Sunway Avila are:
1. Low appreciation value due to un-seen development in Wangsa Maju.
2. Too many condo around, hard to get tenant.
3. so far from LRT, 800m.
Are the agent comments correct?
