Have to voice out because really “pekcey” & tired of how Avila managing the VP process.
Supposed to handover on June 2023, but received EOT so owners were initially informed expected VP was November 2023. Then we were told further delay because received a second EOT, but the management did not send to us owner this letter (I haven’t received this second EOT letter until today). Then we were told VP delay again to end of January 2024. Now February, they say delay AGAIN. Keep delay delay delay! Very disappointed they keep changing the estimated VP date suka-hati. At first bought this project because tot is a reputable developer. Make me regret. Some more renting outside now and owner chasing when move out 🥲🥲 I also dono ??!! What we are frustrated is not only that project delay, we can maybe understand due to pandemic. But is the lack of proper transparent communication to us owners! |
