Well, guess the only thing to do is splash out rm59 for the ep630 and save up for new earphones then.

Getting Started

|
i just bought the ep-630 yesterday...i wonder why there is no white colour?(except for the ep-635)...after i tested, the bass is mind-blowing to me(music from daft punk, nerd, chemical brothers, armand van helden)...haha... but im a lil dissapointed with the mid, bcoz the clarity doesnt sound as clear/high as i thought(john legend, john mayers, jack johnson). OVERALL, i think it is much more worth it than the price itself.
currently,im burning-in my earphone.btw, how long should it be burn-in to produce the best sound?

QUOTE(NewbieBetta @ Apr 14 2007, 02:17 PM) wanna ask you guys..during burn-in,how much volume you guys put?can i use my desktop to burn my earphone?or it must be a mp3? just use normal volume as u listen. desktop can. but i suggest u just use it normally it will burn in itself. and plug ear phone into desktop sound card isn't really recommended. as sound card often have obvious DC offset. except you only plug the earphone when your computer had load into window. and unplug it before u shut down. wanna know what i mean. u can plug a speaker on the compter, turn the volume to half. and see what happen when you switch on and turn off the computer.

I'm still trying to get used to the earphones. When I first wore it, my ears feel pressured. I also tried the smallest pair of earbuds. It felt comfortable but defeated the purpose of a noise isolation earphones since I could hear external noises. rockdaman: When I got it yesterday, the earphones were on the shelf hanging. The salesperson told me that most of the people who came to their booth wanted to get the earphones only. It's obvious that the earphones were selling fast. Quite a few people grabbed the earphones while I was looking at them.

hi guys.. me super duper noob to this audiophiles thingy. just came back from pc fair n got my chance to audition creative earphone.. my first time auditioning iem n wohoo:thumbs:.. never thought that iem can produce that kind of bass. is it worth it? like PcWork said, for 59 it is merely a miracle already.. but sometime feel kinda overkill la that bass, like something shadowing the song. i dont know how to describe that, is it what they call dark? i like the way creative aurvana sounds. more brighter and crispy but still can boom boom to my likings, at least for me. never know their true capability because they just keep repeating the same song over n over again
