I am a newbie grab driver , I have a question to ask , my accept rate is 100% cancel rate is around 4.5 % and my star rating is 4.95 , I do 82 job last week , why grab only give me RM102 incentive , am I missing something to hit the grab pro programs? I just don't understand how the incentive work , can any sifu give me some guide? Thank you

Ok I found out why my incentive so low , I go to gdc Abd they told me my online time not enuf , can you guy recommend a good phone and internet privider for me , my phone keep disconnect to the grab driver apps

Go to GDC request to resend me my last week statement , send me a email told me will receive yesterday , waiting one more day still nothing happens , btw isn't it grab will update and pay to my cash wallet for the promo code in one day? I live in cheras , I don't actually know where to drive , I just bandaRaya sapu everything , last week my gross is RM1.7k and 500+ incentive , working 7 days each day 10-12 hour , sorry sifu I only can use the dump way mean work hard to get more ,sorry for my bad English , BTW I mean can I stay online but turn unavailable for job?

pick up 2 drunk Indian in desa Sri hatamas , want to go to breakfied mutiara condo , younger one ask me to drop off his uncle on the way to destination ,he say on the way ma I trust him lo just following his point end up driving 3km more , after I drop off the barely can walk uncle the younger one ask me how much is the fare , I said is RM17 and ask him does he has enough money on him , he cockyly said more than enuf bla bla bla , and ask me to bring him back to desa Sri hartamas again after he take something in his working place(opposite of mutiara condo he said he is the manager of the security of the building)I don't think so much and just drive to the destination , when we arrived I ask him pay me RM 17 first later the return to desa Sri hartamas fare I will follow the passenger grab app , he said he got no money now need to take from his office , since his phone is charging in my car I ask him to leave his phone in my car first ,this ass hole suddenly become mad , scold me for not trusted him , I just don't give a shit and keep his phone , he get out from my car and go to his office, 5 minutes later he came back , luckily I lock my door , this fucker keep scolding me same shit not trusting him la , disobey grab rule la and ask me to come out of my car and want to fight me , BTW he holding a RM50 note LOL, I low down half of the window and still try to take my money and leave , he don't want to pay and ask me fight him , I know is a never ending argue so I decided to leave , before i leave I tell Him , he is not my son my father or even my friend , ask a first time meet stranger to trust you is so funny and do whatever he want , when I am leaving he chase me and kick my car , I see few PPL come out from his office so no point to argue with him and I drive away , after I reach a nearby shell station , I stop and check my car , my door kemek a little bit , I took photo email grab support and call them , they said will investigate , I continue to drive and after 3-4 hour grab support call me back tell me the passenger is not feeling well , he dint purposely kick my car , he is sick bla bla bla and want to give me my phone number and information to him and we settle ourselves la , I was like WTF I calling you and ask for help u tell me to sendiri gaodim , since my door just kemek a little bit so I tell grab to pay me the RM17 and I don't want to deal with that fucker again .five minutes later grab call and ask me check my credit they top up RM17 for me , end of story , sorry for bad English

What a bad day a cheapcake use grapshare in ss15 to Tropicana , 14 km RM12 since he ask me to avoid toll end up 20minutes trip become 22km and 35 minutes , why the fuck grab calculate the fare with shortest distance but allow rider to not using toll , grab share is serious stupid

Btw got one idiot use RM6 promo code from sungai Wang to klcc and still using grabshare I was like WTF so suka share with other PPL , grab gIve you promo u still jimat for fuck meh
