most of the rider wont rate us , why not grab make all rider who not give rating default to 5 star , since they dont want to rate us 1-2 star = they satisfied the service right?

Anyone have incentive tracking bugs? In my end tabs only show Tuesday incentive , Monday and Wednesday disappear

Called grab CS ,told me they have technical problem ,the top up will be deduct later , BTW CS also told me the HG incentive will be top up daily after they solve the problem , cash out on firday

Receive this , should I go for it?

I went to Jaya one twice , email CS and crap payment team multiple time , they just silence and ignore me I still haven't get my very first statement , 9 week Liao I give up

Bad morning only manage to do 10trips in 5 hour all long trip to kl , 0 incentive , pick up a mapren on setia sky want to go gleneagle, upon reaching the entrance mapren say not here , then I tot is gleneagle 2 so I go futher lo ,knn just pass the bus stop mapren yell nono is there and ask me reverse , I tell him to fuck off and get out gg sure rating drop lol

Incentive in but Wah lao the incentive transaction is so confused , cannot total one transaction only meh

Wah lao only manage to done 21job from7am-4pm , is like crab purposely assign far pick up to make driver do lesser job in one hour , 4-6km pick up = 10-15 minute , but rider apps show 4-6 minutes 50% of it pax cancel half way since rider rushing to work and another 50% patiently wait but black face when pick them up then driver rating drop , what a lose lose situation , I turn off available all time also no use , at kota Raya can get ping from lrt chan sow Lin , I was like WTF zzZz

Yesterday my 5pm -9pm online hour for each hour block become 0 , anyone facing same bug?

Since the 4.5 Dr to stay in platform happened , I noticed some area driver dramatically increase , example cheras , normally 5-7pm I need to turn available off to prevent b2b for late pick up , but since this week I wait 30-45 minutes also no ping gg can't camp MRT Liao sien

Why I always meey blur rider , knn pick up and drop off point also can terbalik , WTF ?
