Payout will be based on your prorated online & available time (note: you must be online AND available for jobs to be eligible for hourly guarantees). The amount of time that you were online & available will be calculated based on the number of minutes your were online for that hourly block. For example, if you are online & available for 45 minutes and complete one trip in that hour, you will be eligible for 75% (45/60 mins) of the guarantee for that hour. To maximize your earnings, do stay online for the full hourly block to get more jobs and increase your total gross earnings! Do note that you need to pick up at least one job per hour in order to qualify for guarantee for that hour.

I never rate red face about riders, but always red face on fare. I think its grab retaliation ,not rider.
If it's true then Grab management really childish. Cannot take criticism. Yesterday also I give red face because travel distance 19km but fare RM13 only. DR drop to 4.86.
It's also funneh, drivers here always condemn Millennials. Grab founders are Millennials too.

Understand drivers are not too happy when they need to wait for the arrival of their passengers at the pick up point and especially when they cancel the booking at the last minute.
Well, what about the driver doing just that to a rider?
KNN, I was carrying 2 boxes of docs (weighing more than 10kgs) and walked some 3 minutes out in order not to waste driver's time waiting for me, only to have her cancelled my booking without calling or even messaging me!!
I am seriously considering calling the customer support and give her some negative feedback.
Maybe the driver had an emergency? Normally Grab driver won't simply cancel wan.
