Riders will take their time as long as they want because they know you will wait no matter how late they are.

i'm thinking about the same thing too... but do you need to unregister your account with uber first and reapply back with new phone and different email? As you need to provide the current email and password if you wanna opt in, so they will be able to check even with 2nd phone.

I also got rider keep ask me 'are you lose,  why so late.' 

I terus let her know,  all the way jam in segambut,  i cant control the traffic and im not lose.

Then the other one keep saying the app show 4min in app but the last driver say 12min.
I also try to defend the driver because i experienced.
Of course app show 4min as it is not including the traffic conditions.  That fellow also dont want to listen.

I don't think this whatsapp group useful unless you like to talk about 'banana'.  I quit half year ago but being added twice (forced), 2nd time was 2 days ago, and their nonsense stories still continue, 500 messages in 3 hours with less than 5 screenshots regarding Grab/Uber but 300+ messages all about 'banana'.  Atuk & willemng joined before, don't believe, just ask them.  AP was being 'kicked out' due to never talk 'banana' before...
