Got a matched grabshare from ampang point to jeletek.

1st arab passenger was shocked when i pick up 2nd booking passengers.  Then kept telling me grabshare is 2 person only. 

I said,  correct what, grabshare 1 booking is 2person, so 2 booking is 4person.

Arab girl: but your car so small.
Me: small? Im the biggest in grabcar, bigger than myvi,  axia,  saga. If you want big big car,  now we have grabcar plus,  dont have to book grabshare for small car to share with other people.

Last time i picked up grabshare from mcity to jj cheras, when arrived at destination those Arab ladies brought 2 children with them and i was like wtf lady this is grabshare not normal booking and she was like, ya ya we know itsok all can fit inside, i was like fark this is crazy along the ride i was hoping for bangla to book so they learn some lesson but they were damn lucky no match. I called CS but cs was like whatever only damn useless.

Very rich, stay in bungalow.
Sit infront of the front seat of my car and chit chat with me all the way to the destination. Rm 6 fare.
His destination is another bungalow which owned by his auntie
When reach the destination, he just got out of the car and pretend nothing happen.
I told him, the fare is rm 6, and he just said, "very expensive la", and just close the my car door and proceed went into his auntie house..

I immediately call grab and report this issue.
Hopefully can get refund from grab.

3. You told him fare is rm6 but dint mention its cash payment. So goes back to point 1

Last time a passenger dint pay me the balance after promo,  straight away called cs,  1min later she sms me how can she bank in the balance.  I no tiao,  let grab handle it

You have to go onsite then click CLOSURE and select route direction and select ROADWORKS then click duration LONG TERM
