i dont understand why many drivers never voice it out to the CS...keep calling them and complain

another issue...abt 2 weeks now, always need to drive 3-4km in a congested areas to fetch a customer whose fare is sometimes rm 4 only, sometimes they cancel it once arrived.

many riders keep asking me....why they ( crap car ) pulled u from so far away to fetch me and made me wait so long leh as the app showed so many drivers around my area......i answered them cos crap car doesnt want us to have 4 rides in a hour, hence we cant the the full incentive.

it showed and proved that CrapCar doesnt want us to have 4 rides in an hour, especially during peak hours

i have voiced it over many times to CS....hope u drivers will do that too

most of us aim for 4 rides in an hour, even is not easy to achieve.....dont forget the current fares are too low for most of us living in KL.

we need at least RM 30 nett an hour.

u are right.....maybe drivers like u are contented with rm 30 per hour as some need more

my complaint is.....if something is not achievable why crapcar implemented it?

plus...they ( crapcar ) should make something achievable and also make drivers have a good income.

i am usually ok with most of rides and riders as long as they dont nerve me and the crapcar doesnt tipu my incentive. hehe

i am just not happy why we as drivers have to drive as far as 5km to fetch a rider whose fare is merely even rm 4 or 5? sometimes they even cancelled it once we reached there.

also hope they will implement back the weekly AR.

i had 22 cancellations on this monday morning by riders in this area..... hehe

dont drive to such places if u are at klcc.......call the riders and let them know u will take 20 mins to reach them, i am sure they will cancel it.

in the meanwhile, call the CRAPCAR CS and complain kaw kaw.....why get such a ping from so far etc.

hi drivers.....i hope u all can complain to the CS also that we dont take riders from 5km away or 10 mins away by driving! ( dont just sit there diam diam)

u could ask the customer to cancel it or you cancel it, but remember to ask CS to make a remark later.
