Dont go LDP tonight...5pm from DAmansara Kim to Taylors University, pickup 510..dropoff 610pm. The other way slightly better (going to 1u) but in general anywhere from Taman Mayang onwards down to Sunway is terrible.

Yesterday grab won... no incentive for me. Been cancelling some jobs and accept jobs that I can go. End of day my AR75% ha ha... Cancel jobs because dont want to go thru the heavy jams in evening peak with raining... sure jam like hell coz kena before.
I blame myself and grab apps as the current display did not show real time daily AR. Busy driving, how do you expect driver to look into the incentive tab to know the latest daily AR!

BTW, as GA HG, what is the risk if we keep on cancelling job that we really cannot go/dont want to go/wrongly accept jobs? Risk of suspension? coz the new incentive does not calculate the CR.

Do you check the daily AR in the in-apps incentive tab if you are HG driver?
Last week incentive payout is exactly same as recorded by mine.

should be no issue because the app shown Incentive 100% matches the amount credited into wallet after 20% commission deducted. if you think your incentive if too little... go check your daily Incentive earning under the incentive tab, 'ended' section. then post screenshot of pic here for us to analyze.

Estimated incentives in app is gross before minus commissions....

If your total fare is more than the incentives you are entitled to, then you don't get any incentive. Your referrer no teach you?

probably that means you every hour you exceeded the guaranteed amount for the number of jobs you did...

if that is the case and you think you really are owed incentives for that day that is missing, you should call CS or email gc.my.payments@grab.com

Yes..we know...thats why everyone who posts the incentive  pic on FB and here is using a second phone to take the pic.

This morning I already completed 4 trips x rm 4 rides for 8am - 9am to qualify for rm 50.00 hourly guarantee before 9am. Then I received a ping for rm 29 to klcc at 9:00am. When trip completed, saw the trip received is at 8:59am. I burned my own incentive     

Lesson learned. Have to be more careful when accept ping.
