Today I took a lot of RM3 job on the P block. It takes more distance to travel for pickup than it is for dropoff. Hope it repeats tomorrow.

Incentive. 4 rides every block.

Today supposed to be great all along. Rider request to divert elsewhere. No problem. It is still about the same distance. However, when I am reaching towards the place I did not message the b2b rider that I am only 2 mins away. It got cancelled when I was right there. Only needing to uturn and then dropoff. Then I got another ping from the same place. However, before I can complete the dropoff it got cancelled.

Of course, how would they know? Since it got diverted, I was moving the opposing direction but the app would calculate the time needed to reach the actual dropoff point and then to the pickup location. That would make it roughly 10 mins away!

So frustrated. Cause it was at the 1pm block. I got two cancellation and by the time I completed the dropoff process, I got a stupid GS request.

What's worse is within a GS, I accepted it, reroute then they cancelled it. Idiots. Then there is the super heavy traffic detour to pickup the 2nd GS rider. Totally kills my mood. If I had communicate better, I could avoid getting the cheapo GS rider that wants to enter KL at the busiest time. And who knows, I might avoid KL as well.

I got a lot of cancellations today. 4x back to back and then finally I got an airport trip. Arrived there call the person, but was send into voicemail. I don't know what happened but it prompts me to go offline. Resting tomorrow as well.

Anyway, my cancellation is over the roof. Exceeding 50%.

Ya, most likely they will deactivate for us so they are really desperate.

Now it is probably not about using different phone. But I am surprise this comes immediately after the announcement that Grab Ambassador program can't be reinstated if found to be driving with competitor's account.

So if we keep mum and they discover about it themselves, we habis. If it is legit then I will submit proof. Who knows suddenly ambassador incentive goes up by a lot?

Yes, I was driving from Nadayu to Taipan. It jammed from Sunway all the way to where I make a left to Taipan. It is crazy. Like a mass evacuation like that cause it rarely happens but when it happens it is always this bad...

As long as not woman with children is ok. The first time I got a mainland Chinese lady. Didn't ask permission and even offered me chips..lol. I spotted chips on the floor but it is great she cleans up and didn't give me a bad rating.

Today I got another one but a Malaysian. Ask permission to feed. Says it is only cereal. But fuck left scrumbs all over and a plastic trash. Kids maybe I give a bit leniency.

But adults fuck no. If I smell food I key in directions in waze first. I don't select pickup. All this people usually same pattern. When they start to eat or dare to ask for permission I straight away tell them to get lost and cancel.

For most parts of last week I was given b2b pings a few times immediately after I click pickup. What a bitch in my opinion lol. Last week my cancellation rate (pax+dax) is over 50%. And I heard two weeks back to back is "riped" for a refresher course. So I told myself ok I can't have another one this week. Therefore for most of the week, I put offline just as soon as I got a job request. It consistently held up most of the time. I didn't forget.

I have zero cancellations this week. 0% passenger 0% driver with 95.3% AR. But I will see if my incentive got affected or not lol..

The non students are actually working here. For them to get to work here it must be skilled. The few that I talk to are accounting, engineers and computer science. I talked a lot to maprens and most of them are just making a living here. A few with families worked in the oil and gas sector and ya they are telling me it is a bit tough now but they love Malaysia and they want to stay here. I also pick a pair of Iranian that comes here looking for a job.

I think everyone wants a safe environment and a future which they know they may not get it in their home country. Even Koreans are part of the gang, some working, some studying and they are not children of expats. They are here just to study. So sometimes I am pretty amazed what all the foreigners see here that our locals are complaining about.

Still the most amazing I met is a Bangladesh college student. Speaks fluent english and crazy about Dota and Counterstrike lol.

Then before dropoff I go online. Np, all my incentive from last week were calculated.

Next time when I called an idiot and gave me the wrong location but didn't know and insist her location was right simply because the name entered was right (what a stupid bitch) I am just going to fucking cancel. Or I will just wait there and wait and wait if it just a P block. No point letting fools into my car and then have my feedback drop by 0.05 points.

The number of vellfires I have seen in used car centre is quite staggering. Sometime their stocks are only vellfire/alphard. I can't tell the difference lol

Last week I have a passenger who is a full time dancer, very pretty and is a friendly type as well. Since then I have made up my mind to always ask if they would have time for coffee. If she agrees, I will just press dial on her number and then cancel. Then save her contact.

I used to initiate chat a lot but I got lazy of all the small talk. Now I just greet my riders and that's it.

If they want to talk then I will accommodate.

But when I see a girl that I kinda like I will still initiate first. If it is too one way then stop lah.
