Anyone got the notification about "Grabshare matches now improved bla bla bla"?

I took one GS job yesterday, $7, straight away got matched with $13 job...that one cancelled....immediately got matched with another rider also $13. Took almost one hour from first ping to drop off second rider to complete job...

That's what I'm trying to say actually. Grab (and Uber) expecting drivers to maintain a rating of 4.7 is insane. I think Uber if rating lower than 4.6 will kena suspended?

A rating of 4.2 for example, would be much more reasonable. It means you still give reasonable service but sometimes go beyond that and some customers give you 5 stars. Like my hotel analogy. Or if like my Michelin star analogy, if a restaurant gets more stars, they have the right to charge HIGHER.

Yesterday I kena 1 guy put 2 drop-off points. He want to go to 2 banks. Have to wait for him then jam. 2nd drop-off at citibank in KL. 1 hour for just RM16. Then he want me wait for him there because he want to go somewhere else. He want to try book again and ping me. Haiz.. I was afraid if I don't wait for him, he will give me low rating. All UP blocks burned yesterday. But now I think about it, I'm 4.9, kena a few low ratings shouldn't hurt too much. Oh well, lesson learned.. I'm still a newbie after all.

Best part is during P block I kena 3 trips, total fare ngam ngam RM28. So yesterday makan telur for incentives. Fuck me.

Ya bro noted. Actually I did one time today, accept then cancel due to no more bullet for me to shoot anymore. After cancel, before I able to see the status of my account, another ping in. CR definitely increased, I just wander my AR will effect or not..

I just scolded an arabian who booked rm5 ride in ferrenheit.
He told me its nothing that i wait him more than 5min.

Ask him 1 person wants driver wait 5minutes,  10 person 50 minutes. He said its nothing.

Straight away throw him the golden rules paper and ask him to read it.  He said its nothing and i dont care.

Last time got a rider in pavilion booked bukit bintang entrance.
So i call them to confirm the entrance as i dont want to make another round traffic jam just to pick them up.

Then she told me cartier entrance,  so i reached this  new entrance but no one is there.  Rider pulak ask where am i and scolded me.  So i went bb entrance try my luck and they are there. They told me bb entrance is cartier entrance,  i straight point them the big big entrance name BUKIT BINTANG ENTRANCE. They diam immediately plus no apology,  buat bodoh no1

Today I think I got gamed by mapren princess. Higher fare trip, from Casa Tropicana to Best Western sek 13 PJ. No jam, would take only 15 mins at 8pm something.
Received it b2b job, told her I dropping off, she said OK alright etc, bla bla.

After reaching that place and waiting at 7-11 (like in the app location), messaged her "Im here". She said alright...then 3 mins later get call "where are you waiting?"..."7-11"....2 mins later just as Im about to get ready to cancel she calls and INSIST that she cant see me and she is at Casa Tropicana 7-11....

I say Im next to KK which is beside the 7-11 there. SHe says she doesnt see any KK, and that there is only one 7-11 in casa Tropicana....

Fedup, I told her Im cancelling.."Ok OK " she says.

I'm not sure what happened. I went back, check the app history, betul betul I was at the right location. You have to go in thru a barrier to wait at that 7-11.

The only thing I can suspect is that she didnt want the higher fare $22 trip anymore (probably price went down while she was waiting) but didnt want to cancel. SO she made it up that she was there.

PS: there's also a 7-11 in Tropicana avenue across the road...but takkan she thinks that she was at Casa Tropicana when she was at tropicana aveue???

2. Customer no show but u pressed pickup
3. U press dropoff edit fare to 0
