The 'reinstall' or 'restart' seems to be their standard reply.

A few days ago, when I pressed Accept job, the sw just blinked for 1-2 seconds and then the job was considered ignored, my AR dropped. Called up CS n they asked me to restart my phone although I always restart my phone twice a day to clear all d cache.

And then yesterday it happened again. I did not bother to call cs anymore. Just left a report n await their reply.

Its not logical for drivers to call CS everday to report on every PAX cancellation. Most of the time riders just cancel without giving reasons to drivers, so how shud drivers gv reasons to CS for these cacellations? We can only assume most of the cacellations r because they do not want to wait.

On the other hand Gelap CS team shud be the ones liasing with the riders within the riders app on why they cancel...no? The 1300 cs number is not foc too, n the waiting time during the call is sometimes long.

These potential riders who cancelled are not even our riders yet, ie not our customers yet, then why shud we be tasked to find out why they opted out?

Unfortunately, u may be right. Heehe, with the current petrol price, driving in P blocks only makes sense if we are aiming to push up the AR as bullets to cover MP, UP & HP blocks or only if we take high fare pings away from KL city centre jams.

D disconnect between the eta seen on rider's app and driver's actual gps eta is quite huge causing unecessary conflicts between rider n driver.Attached Image

Kena screwed. Just check my ended incentive for today's 12pm to 1pm. Took a tea break between 1120am to 12noon. Switched on the gelap app at 12noon and got a ping at 12.02pm but in the ended incentive tab it showed the job as 11.59am!

Some riders r just the rude type albeit langsi with 'master' mentality. No matter how polite u treat them and how careful u drive and reach pickup n desitination in reasonable time, they will still treat us drivers like their slave. I notice sometimes Chinese female riders r generally more stuckup n rude than say Malay female riders except for those uni students.

'customer is always right' phrase is so outdated n a fallacy. It will be fun to get some of the gelap cs staff to get on the ground and drive gelap for a week and then video broadcast everthing live so that us drivers csn 'learn' from them. Heehee
