Grabcar SMS is really sometimes  heart attack

Best to get uber app... sometimes grab no pings but uber give u ping in area like genting.

But it could be trip within genting itself such as from premium outlet to first world hotel etc. which the fares are so so consider high petrol consumption and straining on engine. If lucky can get ping back to KL.

Good thing is parking is foc.

When the first week of Grab, I left my wallet inside car with engine on & leave the car go make car park payment at autopay.. to make sure rider wont die inside my car.. Thats the stupidest thing I done..

Grab app crashed again today, rider cancelled the request but nothing show on my screen. I stupid2 make a 15mins u turn during peak hour to get the rider, end up reach pickup point, no one was there, call rider.. " saya sudah cancelled the request " I was hnnnmmmn geramm

regarding the overcharging sms...already check and it is way back to 3 weeks ago when I pick up one rider in Shah alam ....for sure I didn't collect any excess payment from them.

My best guest is that some cheapskate rider just hope to get some refund/ free promote code from grab by making nonsense complaint.

Well..only thing I could do is to provide written  feedback to grab cs. At the means times I am quite impressed with crapcar efficiency.

yesterday grab run for me was shit. 9am till 5pm only 10 rides. ok la 12 to 1pm i got errands to run but i was in ttdi, pj area. only managed to get rm62......

changed to uber, 5pm to 10pm got me rm180nett....

is grab penalizing us who does both grab and uber?

as the new law spells maximum 5 years car age for e-hailing for new driver/e-hailing company [not exisiting one]

it is no point join this business model - drive for them, help them paid car instalment, then cars become yours later as it will be "no use" for e-hailing after 5 years and the conditions of cars also not nice already after that long daily time biz usage, simply saying "NOT WORTH"

remember got singapore company which bought a lot of cars first then wanna rent out to drivers but then failed, selling out those car cheap cheap

completed the above 3, then final step 4 just go jaya one to validate document, as some dislike outsiders because feel better/more confident do it in HQ. Some dislike register with Alpha also.

if start zero after step inside hq office, slow slow wait lah...

also the HQ validation actually not too focused on document but more on your phone model entry by the time you register online. validation is fast, a few minutes. just a bit waiting time for your turn, but since once in lifetime lah registration ok lah, be familiar a bit with the office environment also good - which part for registration, which part handle partners (existing driver). see crews face ...
