Called CS with rider in car...CS say system show passenger cancelled....in the end rider rebook and managed to get me again so trip continued...but wasted 10 minutes on this.
HArdest 11hr Friday shift ever (and traffic wasnt even bad this evening).

Next time should only try this kind of thing when you are on vacation. If buggy, still got time to spend fixing it.

What la Crab.. Just now can't send out messages on chat. Want to tell driver the exact pick up location. And most importantly, he was kinda far away and he message me will be there in a few minutes. I want to reply OK so that he know I won't cancel also cannot send out. Decided to try SMS but before I can click the button he call me. Sorry bro, wasted your credit.

I know I have connection at that time because I was messaging someone on WhatsApp without problem.

Then now I check, the app say failed to debit my card. So they suspend GrabPay function. I just click retry then can already. But fuck you, Crab. Your system problem, why you susahkan rider?

(waiting for WhiteWing tell me go die.)

How to report for driver cancelled trips? Malas la if every time have to report if get ping that is supposedly nearby but after open Waze, it's damn far away.

You need to find a good area to do HG. RM52 for 45 minutes not bad ma.

If your AR already 75% maybe you shouldn't ignore anymore jobs. Just bite the bullet and save your incentives for previous hours. Unless you kena non stop jobs asking to go out of your city or state. Then u go drive your car into Jaya One lo.. (jk)

Hahak.. Proton Ertiga also in the list now. The car specifically marketed as budget MPV is in the list together with Exora, Inspira and Preve.
