Has worked perfectly so far for me....

After 2 weeks being a Grab driver, the most important thing I learn is the route to take when fetching your customer to the destination. Before Grab, as for navigation I never bother to use waze or google map because I have a dedicated Garmin GPS. It is so lovely to use as the route that Garmin chooses is the most accurate one. It will try to use the bigger roads, then as reaching the garden or taman, mid size road... then finally small housing roads. If worst, unpaved road that's the last decision Garmin will use.

I kena sound from customer when using Google Map/Waze, really bring me pusing2 especially at Puchong IOI and Damasara Perdana when there's so many intersection but that said, Garmin is also not perfect solution. The best is stop the car, look into the map for pick up location, then look at the drop off location, dont blindly press Accept Ride, then follow GPS ... Too many times, there's a straight easier road to take but GMap/Waze bring me into lorongs.

Of course, as I get more experienced looking at the address I already know how to go already ...

This forum has given me many tips, do and donts and many more..
Let me share tips on how I gain from 4.86 to DR 5.

1. Look who is your cust. If possible start a small chat... easy one is to talk abt the location he she want to go.
For example, he want to oval damansara, so ask what is it there, any good place to eat there etc. If Customer layan, then you can continue your conversation. If bo layan, then stop and focus on driving.
2. Try to praise them, i.e if a student taking a certain degree course, puji la sikit, good choice of degree, easy to find job with this degree la etc etc…
3. If late, say sorry due to traffic.
4. When you abt to reach destination, inform them, “we are about to reach. And don’t forget to me a good star ya. TQ”
5. Prepare a tit bits like sweets and offer to whoever you want.

no confuse.. just add up your live incentive daily total for the week, multiply by 0.8.... then check whether credit wallet increased by this much or not

Yesterday, I thought I'm gonna do Flexi instead, since I've ignored so many jobs during morning rush hour.

Then, I spent time driving people around during lunch hour, managed to hit incentive block. So, I began a Mission Impossible, secure my AR so that I can get the incentive from 37%.

The last ping I get at 11.58PM managed to climb back to the 80.2% AR, after almost 10+ job completed in a span of 3 hours. I'm completely worn out.

maybe you are very patient... I tulan the fact that the customers from this condo (Ken 2) always got give problem one.. make you wait long long.. give big change etc etc

the fact that she said she counted at home already showed she intended to pay using either very big or very small change
