it's not that hard... just count from the history in your app... unless you do like 200 jobs a week it's not that onerous to count the total number of red cancellations.... then use DAX%which is shown in app to figure out the number of driver cancellations and subtract it from total cancellations. you do the same thing for AR... useful to figure out how many jobs you need to get back to 85% or 88%. form 2 level math.

I drive in the city center during evening peak hours so I know all about the PAX issue. as others said, best way right now is to off available button after pickup and on again after dropoff.

you will learn to ignore this kind of jobs. otherwise if accepted then only find out pickup so far.... cancel and put can't reach on time as reason. sometimes rider see you are so far away they will cancel themselves.

I wonder if there is a rider edition for the golden rules.....

About time....this week many riders starting to complain to me about Grab price increase...like "last time usually RM3 now Rm4 or 5"...

guess I was very lucky.... started 5pm bangsar baru to bukit gasing area,surge 99 because of storm, still can get three jobs per hour from 5 to 9pm. high demand, short trips typically 3-5 ringgit surge at least rm7 to rm12. don't have to play incentive also surge like that.

7pm seksyen 14 to ttdi was rm23. took half hour because ldp super jam but moving at least.

best time for driving incentive was after 8pm because jam dying down, can easily complete 4 trips or more per hour as a lot of riders were waiting for the surge to end. this is in PJ(new town,ss2, Taman bahagia) area. I avoided KL area after last few weeks hell during Friday evening rush hour. at least outside KL, even jam, still moving. example, 7pm got ping from ss2 to jalan alor, rm27. the fare would have to be double that for me to consider haha.

yes, I always drive P and even B hours(8pm onwards) at night weekday because no traffic, stress free and sometimes the fare can still beat the max incentive for that hour (rm34). most riders are late night regular commuters also that hour so they won't give problems. most important is to build up AR and minimize CR so you can optimize your Friday jobs.

guys how to get to the drop off/pickup point for aquaria klcc? Everytime I come from jln pinang drive slow slow still cannot find the entrance to turn in.. always end up in persiaran klcc/road to traders hotel.

this is normal driving in KL..... the directions board are crap, some roundabout and flyover ramps are super confusing and even with Waze, can easily go wrong turning. daytime not so bad, but try figuring out the right turning at night.... nightmares.

damn it wished I was DRIVING at bkt jalil surge 99 somemore got $8 top up on top of surged fare.... rider app say national stadium to klcc rm46.

maybe all in bukit jalil...drove around KL city center, KLCC empty and smooth at 6pm...so different experience from last few weeks. 8-11pm HP easily 4 trips per hour.

bro where your area and what kind of car? I send handwash Honda city with vacuum only RM 10, in PJ area.
