Seriously ? 8hours with waze and grab driver apps ON without recharging ? 😱😱😱

Did this for a course assignment i am attending, not useful for me as i am more on incentive so sharing this with the flexi grabbers here

Note that currently i am only updating every 30 minutes by 1km precision, i will increase the frequency/accuracy later if grab server still ok.

Wonder if anyone encountered GPS problem this evening. PRobably is because I recently did full system upgrade to Android Oreo. WHile on the job kept getting 'GPS is weak in your area' display in app. Then the most shocking thing is the app thinks I'm in the pickup location from the last job AFTER I had already reach the dropoff....example after dropping off pax at Jln Raja Chulan from Bangsar, get ping from Bangsar....restarted phone....then OK for a while. After a few more jobs, same story...Get ping to pickup in Kompleks Mutiara Jln Ipoh while I was in Kg Baru (last pickup was from Jln Ipoh area)....

Fed up...then noticed got new version to update ...5.27.0 for Grab App...updated while on the job....then cannot reconnect back..."Your phone is not registered with the server ...."

Called CS after ...they asked if I had reformatted phone...then ask for my IMEI and device ID and then restarted. Then only can connect back to server and drop off.

Hopefully this doesnt occur again tomorrow.

Felt a bit fakap but everything went well

either crap gamed me or someone found a way to modify the fare. 

5.4km according to google map. it was rm7 when i tried to book the same pickup/dropoff.
