Have u guys realised that all these happened because of too heavy on incentive hunting.

Other states are not having this kind of issue.

Normally when I asked riders which route to take, their common answer:

1) u go la which u think da best
2) toll plis, i wanna go home quickly
3) how much toll? Oh that much arrr...can yes can. Lets go toll road.

If you're at bukit pantai, depending where you are, you can get pinged to UM 10-12th college also, as it is right next it as the bird fly...however need to drive up to 4km (kerinchi link) to reach also....

I noticed this week also the average pickup distance now more far...mostly >1km, last time always very near. Yesterday during MP a few jobs pickup was 4km, ignored, one accepted because didn't know so far beforehand, text the rider inform too far, lucky he was OK to cancel.

Now riders also know drivers hard to get during peak hour, some appreciate also. Two of them tip me $3 for for a $7 job .
A few others also thanked me/say "sorry you had to endure the jam" after I drop them off.

Ofc got the usual idiot riders also screwing with people during MP hours....one of them pickup Royale Chulan near KLCC, drop off SOGO (fare $6)...called to say nearby, he said OK wait for you...reached there...no show...called again he said "Oh..I book Royale Chulan CURVE in Damansara!!"....

Fvker...use your common sense la...Damansara to KL only $6???? lucky he cancelled quickly.
Another woman, also KL city center, lucky I called her first before going, she claimed she didn't book at all. Lucky she cancelled quickly too.

Once i got delivery job  from low yat to damansara. Turned out it was mapren sending laptop to his friend. When i arrived, i called his friend almost 20 times unanswered. Same went with the customer. I started getting nervous of what should i do at that time. Luckily his friend answered after 15 minutes. Since that ive become deliveryphobic

Hour Guarantee incentive at least daily 80% AR and no daily CR requirement. Sure incentive players will cancel a lot high fare job lol

Newest trend to save your AR and still able not to take up those big fare job.

Accept all pings. After 5 mins. Cancel those trips that you don't like to take. Settle.

Don't worry la, Monday morning always like that in Penang, only 1-2 drivers in the area and getting pings from all over. They see you still have riders/far from them they will cancel and rebook, sometimes it come back to you again. 

That day flooding, I got 5 cancellations in a row while still have my first passenger in my car, she also laughs as the last cancellation is actually her co-worker to the same destination.

I've driven 5 hours at a stretch...then cannot tahan must make pitstop at petrol station for No. 1 LOL...

rest for 2 hours?? LOL....friday 12 hours shift I would take 1/2 hr for lunch in the middle and power to 11pm (with one or two pitstops at petrol station for pee)...I'm not in my 20's anymore and I still can do this, what more if you are AhBoy age..

PS: as long as you dont do this EVERY day should be OK. I only work 12hours one day a week...the rest of the week 5-8 hrs.
Some of the crazier people do 14 hour shifts, 15 hour shifts ...

Not fair to compare like that lo. For her , it's thinking of supporting her children studies. For him he just start working have to think buy house have family etc etc. Doing this is definitely not for the long term, while driving sure got thoughts like wtf am I doing with my life , which I do sometimes too. It's only when I accept this is temporary measure then not so mentally stressful.

All I can share is have more meaningful conversations with passengers. It works for me. I view it as building network while getting paid for it.

this morning accepted one trip from puchong to pj (11km), fare rm 16.

but after start trip, waze showed 1 hour to reach.

i told the rider i not going to drive 1 hour for rm 12 (rm 16 - rm 4) fare and asked rider to exit car and re-book. i clicked complete trip and rugi rm 4 to grab. still, rugi rm 4 is better than stuck 1 hour in jam .....

All of them camping for high fare, fare below RM10 mostly will ignore. Plus most of us living outside KL city area and normally will enter around 7-8am if kena KL job.
