RM50 trip the commission is RM10 only so of course if your balance is RM20 you still can receive.

You need to re-read the question a bit better bro.

I think they gave me extra RM2, but I'm not too sure myself.

I've transferred all amount to my credit wallet. So far no problem but it's still too early to tell la.

How much do you usually collect for incentive per week?

Do you cash it all out or do you leave some in your credit wallet?

Guys, since we are so comfortable and earning so much income here, have we ever thought of the life without grab..? If grab go bust or gone forever...
*
That's why you should have a contingency plan now, and it's better if you can do it while you're driving for Grab while it's still hot.

I'm an insurance agent. While the insurance business is generally going upwards, this is more down to the fact that more agents are being recruited at the moment. The sales generated per agent would suggest otherwise.

Things are a bit tough for me and many of my senior friends at the moment, and therefore I'm focusing to collect and save more cash by being a Grab driver.

If you are relying on Grab as your sole source of income, you better be bringing home at least RM1,000 nett per week just to stay on the safe side.

I also feel they use straight line.

They should partner with waze so can get accurate mileage.

Grab uses HERE WeGo.

There might be differences in optimum routes taken among all these map apps.

Does the number of drivers available have any impact on the fare? More drivers available = less fare?

Yesterday I picked up a rider from Kompleks D Putrajaya and sent him to IOI City Mall. RM12 for 9.5km. After that I sent a rider to Bank Rakyat Serdang Raya from Kolej 14 UPM and the fare was RM11 for 11km πŸ˜•

Got two trips total RM17 for 10am block. No other ping received at all until 11am.

I thought that's good, RM13 incentive for free.

Then only I realized I didn't turn on my Grab app after I dropped off my last rider. 41 minutes only, RM3 incentive only 😭

No it is not. I tested and confirmed getting cashback for trip >18
*
Yes you are correct.

12 and 18 trips are both minimum requirements for the 10% and 20% cashback respectively. You can do 100 trips and you'll still get that 20% too.

I've done Flexi for three weeks before opting-in for HG, and one thing I can say is that my fuel efficiency increases by 20% and my income increases by 50%-60%. I'm driving a 2015 Exora Bold CPS and we know how this car guzzles fuel like a thirsty camel drinking water.

I don't straight away ignore long trips but I do have to factor in the destination, the rush hour and the fare because I only have one car and I still have to fetch my wife and kids to go home.

Personally, I don't find Flexi to be as "relaxing" as I imagined it would be. The only relaxing thing about it is the 50% AR. Trying to get 10 GS in two weeks is hard enough, let alone in one week. Choosing to do high fares only is as tricky as HG players trying to find 4 small fries in one block.

Finally, it is down to personal preference, because I know a few Flexi drivers who rake in RM1,300 nett per week. It is doable, but not for me.

I got one RM5 trip from Presint 15 to Alamanda for the 4PM block. Only one trip in that one whole hour. Kawtim RM15 incentive. There's always a silver lining πŸ˜πŸ€—

I got gamed by lousy Waze GPS.

I ended my 4PM block with 78% AR. I know only need 1 trip to settle the score.

So at 9.30pm I picked up a rider from Putrajaya Sentral to Nusa Putra. On my home, I got a ping from Cyberjaya. Why not?

That's when all hell broke loose. I couldn't find my way to riders, due to no GPS connection, due to rain. Not only that, Grab's app seems to have a problem too. Suddenly my AR mysteriously went down to 73 from 80. After five rides, went up to 77 only? WTH? I picked up everything that I could and only ignored one. I know I have enough bullets left.

What the hell is wrong with many of these maprens?

Taking 10-15 minutes to get to the pickup points.

Are they taking a sh*t while placing an order for Grab?

Sh*tty attitude.

I live in Putrajaya and Cyber is a good place to go and hunt your HG.

But there are too many GS riders in Cyber and many don't understand and seem unwilling to understand that GS means you have to share your ride with another matched GS trip. You explain to them, you'll see blackfaces. You pick up a matched GS trip, wait and see your DR next morning πŸ˜†

GS+Grabpay+promo, you better have enough cash to keep it rolling if you want to camp in Cyberjaya. And 5pm onwards is kind of crazy. War of long trip pings πŸ˜‚

4-5 trips per hour.

But you have to be there during the time when people punch in/out and during eating time. In between those times, you can set up a tent and have a very good sleep.

I got this message when I wanted to pick up a rider at TBS. Rider name Kiosk, pick up location Men Loppy, I thought there was a Kiosk called Men Loppy there but I couldn't find it.

Turns out that Thai rider meant "Main Lobby" πŸ˜‚

I noticed many maprens like to pay with RM50 even for RM4-5 fares.

If pick up two maprens in a row, there's a good chance my spare change for the day will be gone.
