Finally manage to hit 53 trips from wednesday to Saturday, today has to work like a dog to chase the trips.

CR - How to control this? Customer no show can control? Mapren/prince/princess ask u wait 20min also need to endure the shit.

Driving as a full timer or part timer will definitely suffer for daily AR/CR calculation. One bad customer at night time will screw up all your hardwork since morning.

My average daily trips are 20 to 21 trips. If using the new system then I'm fuck.

What i mean is cancellation rate, u cannot control customer no show. If call sms no reply then u wait at there 1 hr like a fool?
u can ask full timer opinion about this, sometimes u can have bad day and bad customer which is not under your control.

Grab team is smart. Discreetly forcing driver into Flexi incentive hence they will pay incentive less.

That wording "you must be online AND available for jobs to be eligible for hourly guarantees" has been the same in the T&C since long as I can remember...not just now. Still no guarantee, only can try one week and find out.
Daily update of DR would be senseless....again a lot of fine print and details are still unknown...usual for Grab. Only way to know for sure is during the first week they implement, luckily we will find out SOON I guess. Also probably will have some fine tuning after a while since this is a BIG change to the incentive structure (I laughed when I saw the " we will be making slight changes to the incentive structure ").

I think in the end, most drivers will find they will have to target less incentive and lower overall earning, hardest hit will be the super incentive players (those 1:>1 fare to incentive ratio type)...as they cannot simply pick and choose to ignore long jobs anymore. Also to play safe, most will simply offline once their AR and CR approaches the danger zone. Bonus is I guess from 11pm fares and rides will be super cheap and plentiful

I think is matter of time before implement in other states..let KV be the guinea pig first...eventually incentives will be slowly removed...
