This program lists a load of benefits for the rakyat of selangor, brought to you by the government of Selangor. To apply, u will have to produce some relevant documents or proof for certain types of applications.
This is open to all who were/are born/died a Selangorian. Some categories such as YAWAS funds are for children and can also be applied to those who were/are not born a Selangorian but have been residing in Selangor for a certain period of time.

Some programs such as free 20 cubic meters of water, are instant and requires no further documentation as long as your property is located in Selangor.

I will post more Selangorian benefits in due time. There are more, especially from MIDA and etc etc for businesses that are operating in SELANGOR ONLY.

If you have any questions pertaining to the below matter, u can directly contact your ADUN closest to you (link is the last one), via telephone call or email or even personally see them.
As of now, due to time constraint i can only post these. For other states, perhaps you can refer to your respective ADUN for the benefits. If i am able to answer you, i definitely would.


I have previously settled YAWAS, TUNAS and SMUE. For my child and my mother. I have also received the money under TUNAS & SMUE. I am now awaiting approval for the mamogram test for my wife. The process has been a non-hassle one since i was born and raised in Selangor. However i still had to show some documents for certain items, since i have been away to Sabah (penampang) for quite a period of time.

Free bus service for Selangorians

Selangor has earned a place in the Malaysia Book of Records with the launch of the 100th Smart Selangor bus. The launch of this bus unit is stated in an entry in the Malaysia Book of Records as the highest number of free bus services provided in the country.

This bus will serve areas under the Subang Jaya Municipal Council, due to the overwhelming response from Subang Jaya residents for the free bus service.

The free bus service, which was started in July 2015 in Klang, Shah Alam and Subang Jaya, had 546,000 commuters by December 2015. The air-conditioned buses come equipped with CCTVs and free Wi-Fi.

last time pot hole repair 5 years one time now pot hole repair 2 years come but , they just patch the hole unlike last time repave the entire road , thye apply many new patch at short distance the new and old made the road same uneven , later after some time can see the old surface new pot hole came out because the car roll on the uneven new patch, some more these ppl like to pain on the each patched hole then snap photo as a proof to claim money

Kindly explain why you think some skims are just "wanking around"? It basically helps those who are trying to make their own lives better. For those who don't work, don't marry, don't study, yeah... maybe the skims are not really useful.

- memogram = breast cancer affect women from any wealth category so why not get a free checkup
- program tuisyen = education is the best way to get out of poverty so anything to help parents is good
- bantuan tadika = same as above
- Insentif Perkahwinan Belia = staying married instead of sex outside of marriage also another factor in getting out of poverty
- Hadiah Pengajian IPT, tawas = incentive to do well in school and enter a college/university, again education
- Skim Mesra Usia Emas (SMUE) = support for poor elderly
- wifi = this one i give you, seems dumb as the quality will be shit
- Tabung Kumpulan Wang Biasiswa Selangor = scholarship,again education
- Program Bantuan Food Stamp = poor people need food, what a thing
- Skim Rumah Selangorku = poor people need a place to live too

memogram - is one of those womens "ägenda" thingy. many mammogram programs going around and also the "wiminz" wing of the federal gov does this stuff as well. also why no testicular/prostate çancer screening and awareness? why so sexist? obvious for wayang they got do adress wimins issues to put on their report card.

tuisyen - im surprised people consider tuisyen as something helpful. its almost a given tuisyen centers are just there to suck money giving lousy services. if want to help poor in education, tuisyen is low level wanking effort. ante up and develop programs that recognizes the unique difficult challenges faced by poor kids in education. the gov can pull the resources or brains to make it happen but no... they just decide to put in low level effort and call it a day. as long as can open another row in report card nearing ge its considered great.

bantuan tadika: tadika too low amount at rm50. give more money and put them in better tadika. you know the ones where rich kids go to. where they get to explore all sorts of stuff instead of chepo tadika where you just sit in a room.

Insentif Perkahwinan Belia - if you're too poor and need rm500 from gov to "help" you out. straighten out your life first before thinking of piap / majilis kenduri all.

wifi - this one really i was thinking if can afford phone or computer to use wifi... better go cyber cafe.

tawas - i dont even understand what is this for.

Skim Mesra Usia Emas - this one the nominated person only get money once their elderly have passed away. i think a better option would be comfortable subsidies for elderly CARE. not money payout once they are dead.

Program Bantuan Food Stamp - this one the gov need to step up. minyak (most likely chepo high cholestrol) tepung gula etc. is non-nutritious dafuq are these even given? give good nutritious delicious food!

Skim Rumah Selangorku - Poor folks just cant own a house. even those mampu milik houses are out of their reach. this is really meant to target the "middle class" that cant afford a condo. i dont think these "middle class" folks need this. they should vote for an oppo that fights for rising wages to a respectable level in malaysia instead.

biasiswa - ptptn is open for all. better use this money to target special education programs for poor kids when they are young. or better still the poor people need continuous education (i forgot whats it called, education after you're working), skills training even after youre working. from my experience, this will be the most beneficial and what the poor folks need.


edit: and ow yeah, the majority of the peploe using these are just using them to "ringankan beban". they wont suffer in anyway without these and will do just fine. really middle class folks. these people should just demand a political entity that fight for better wages and better jobs if they really want better living.

i remember that at one time, prior to the creation of the FT of Kuala Lumpur, KL was one with Selangor.
I think that there are two ways that those living in KL can come to enjoy the benefits pertaining to Selangor.
One is by merging back with Selangor.
The second is by using the goodies found in Selangor as a template and implement similar goodies in KL.
Another shortfall for those living in KL is that we don't have any councillors to look after our interests!
Hopefully, someone can initiate these changes.
I also understand that KL, as a Federal Territory must be administered by the DBKL which will always be in the hands of the ruling party, regardless of how many seats the opposition had won in a general election.
So, now that PH has has taken over Putrajaya, is DBKL now in their hands?

Untuk makluman, Sijil Simpanan Premium (SSP)-BSN tersebut akan mengambil masa dalam tempoh 4 bulan hingga 6 bulan untuk disiapkan dari tarikh permohonan diluluskan.

Akan tetapi bergantung pada keadaan yang mana melibatkan penerimaan peruntukan daripada Kerajaan Negeri Selangor dan juga pembayaran kepada Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN)

serta proses untuk menyiapkan SSP-BSN tersebut. Selain itu ianya juga melibatkan proses pengagihan SSP-BSN tersebut di peringkat DUN ataupun di YAWAS.

Whats the relationship between bsn approval and the fund, i have no idea.

For those who are following,

Skim Mesra Usia Emas (SMUE) has some huge changes and maybe phased out or replaced even. I have not received the newsletter/memo from the selangor government yet.
Air percuma has now been altered.
More have been added or removed to Tawas/Yawas Sections.
Perumahan section has been upgraded by addition of more schemes.

There are actually more coming soon after the bajet announcement. The plans have been discussed within MBI but not put into place prior awaiting announcement.

Go to kiss website as stated, download form and fill in. U can submit online. Call if u really need but in your case, go to nearest DUN center better. There will have ppl help u on the spot.

For my case was Tawas and smue. I went straight to rocket center in ss2 near Sri Siam restoran last time. Walk in without appointment, got ppl assist me and settle in spot. I'm not born in Selangor but I stay here more than 10 years. So I also confused what to do.

20 cubic meters of water, are instant and requires no further documentation as long as your property is located in Selangor.

Invest selangor is basically an organization under the state government that will assist everyone in selangor. when i say everyone, i really mean it. *sorry need to edit this part, everyone in selangor and everyone that wants to reside/do business/invest/open program in SELANGOR.

Initially it was formed to bring in investments into selangor. If you wanted to do business, or setup a factory here in selangor, or to open a learning school, they are the go to ppl.
Now that this has gone well, they are taking even more resposibilties and roles.

It is to the point, if the mpsj or mbsa garbage bin skips out on your house, they are now the go-to ppl. But i would't abuse this function yet.

If you wanna start a business, but u dont know how to, invest selangor is here to save tthe day.

For example,


If you wanted to open a tuition center, u don't know jack shit, u head on over to invest selangor, see an officer, tell him about your dreams and interest in setting up a tuition center .....say somewhere in selangor errrrrr subang jaya.
So u wanna open up a tuition center in subang jaya, u need licenses. Invest selangor will guide u thru which and what license u need, which officer to see. They will even suggest/recommend u some suitable locations, study your business model or help u create 1.

Or perhaps, if u already have an ongoing business/investment. say u already operating this small keropok factory in damansara jaya for 10 years. business doing so-so only but u really wanna expand. Then invest selangor is here to save the day. Go see them, tell them u already have ongoing business, wanna expand, then they will coach u and guide u through the proper channels. They will even hook u up with Matrade and Mida and discuss about your expansion plans.


So in a nutshell, it was initially intended for bringing in investments into selangor. but their scope has widened so much, they even help small time personal SME SOHO to setup training sessions and organize loads of stuff.

apologies for late reply. i already previously updated post #1 and listed 33 items there that are offered. There should be some updates on the original website link also in page 1.

Kiss kad is beneficial for women in b40's category. I have listed the benefits of kiss kad in #1. It should be useful to relieve the burden on finances through groceries.
Mother will have to apply though, doesnt matter single or married.
