QUOTE(tshihmin @ Apr 29 2024, 10:22 AM) Not want to do something illegal that have something to hide but for privacy sake. Privacy is very important. Some people feel uncomfortable to reveal some information online. Information that can be personal and sensitive. Revealing some personal and sensitive information online can be dangerous. All Luno wants from you is the source of crypto funds you receive into your account. If that is an invasion of privacy to you, then so be it. People who refuse to use Luno because of this AMLA requirement has something to hide. burnin, principaleng, and 1 other liked this post

That's too much. ![]() ![]() I don't know when you received the email but my latest transaction is dated 4th April 2024. And it asked only for the source wallet address and exchange platform ( I selected KuCoin from a dropdown menu ) it came from. No other extraneous or unnecessary personal information was required. |

Anyway that email doesn't come from you but from lukemanz
lukemanz could be already on Luno's AMLA radar based on the history of his trading activities over a period of two years His email is not the normal AMLA request for source crypto funds This post has been edited by raynman: Apr 29 2024, 04:27 PM |

QUOTE(raynman @ Apr 29 2024, 04:19 PM) Anyway that email doesn't come from you but from lukemanz I'm Luno customer since 2017, I've KYC level 3.lukemanz could be already on Luno's AMLA radar based on the history of his trading activities over a period of two years His email is not the normal AMLA request for source crypto funds Luno allow me to withdraw all my crypto..so thats good. I'm doing arbitrage and DeFi I've experience the Luno withdawal freeze before, so I'm self custody and only deposit when required. What I've experience with Luno since 2017 and the questions that I get is a harassment for me. That email is the 3rd email request from a continuous email thread that I get. I already provide info from 2 previous email, but Luno is not satisfied. So, just want to say be careful, and self custody is the best solution |

You can't simply give out any information especially the personal and sensitive information. It's dangerous. If hacker get those information, you're finished. It's not about doing illegal but privacy and safety.even wire money from US to Malaysia account (example)... bank also called you to provide evidence...even it is less than USD100...... if clean money...why worry |

QUOTE(Patent @ Apr 30 2024, 02:11 PM) That is the XRP wallet address Binance assigns to you to RECEIVE and STORE your XRP tokens.Binance sends the XRP from its own XRP wallet, which can be found from the XRP transaction. Do not be mistaken by your assigned XRP wallet address used to receive XRP tokens from the one that Binance uses to send the XRP to Luno. Patent liked this post

QUOTE(amerz @ Apr 30 2024, 03:00 PM) So for this one, the sender wallet address should be the Source which is rp4..UVP ? Yes, that is correct.I already submit binance xrp deposit address to Luno. Hopefully they don't hold my withdrawal to maybank You don't have to worry too much if you genuinely made a mistake. I think Luno knows many of their account holders make the same type of mistake you made. Don't worry. amerz liked this post
