I also confused on this.some after upgrade got free call and

Normally how long it takes for TM to reply an email?I was asking the detail of RM10 upgrade to help.tm.com.my email.Still get no reply from them.

Why u don't have UNIFi special discount RM50?i thought should be Rm200 discount.By the way, I saw your std20 but someone screenshot they have like std20(free).But your std20 is it add-on without free?Just curious.

Guys, I went to tm point and just updated to 100mbps + Jumbo pack but no free call with RM189 before gst.my bro call to 100 today on the RM10 upgrade and say selected customer only for the upgrade and he got free call, 100mbps plus Jumbo pack same price with me. Hmm.seems like not consistent between tm staff in tm point vs 100.Any way, want to ask u guys why my friend macbook can achieve 100mbps speed while my mobile phone can only achieve 50mbps instead of 100mbps on 2.4Ghz wifi.my router is tplink AC1200.need some advice here.thanks

Nope.is connected to 2.4Ghz.my phone need to connect to 5Ghz wifi only can achieve 100mbps. In 2.4Ghz wifi, my phone can achieve only 50mbps but upload able to achieve 50mbps.Any idea on this issue?

Just call TM 100 asking std20 free voice call ended up saying the same thing with tmpoint that my account not eligible but my bro get the free std20. What I suspect is that tm will track whether u are using the phone to make call during RM179 promotion price.This mean during RM179 which has no free call but u did make some call , then maybe u will get the free std20 with RM10 upgrade.this is just my thoughts because I did not use at all but my bro sometine got use landline to call.

Before the upgrade to RM189,did u use the dect phone to make any calls?I suspect some of those previously don't have free call will get STD free call is because they might make calls during that period and TM will only give free calls to those who use the phone.this is my thought only.

But it seems like not everyone here have the free call after the upgrade.some is already have and just carry forward.Some one previously don't have but able to get Std20 and some don't have at all.i ask how they determine who have std20 and they just say that the system say I am not eligible.

Wow .You are lucky.not sure how they select those who is eligible for the free call. maybe by area.?some area have and some area don't have?Very inconsistent TM treating their customer.

Guys.just for your info.i saw those who make 100 call for upgrade to 100mbps, the unifi special discount of RM50 is left out which turn into only RM150.00 promo discount.my bro call 100 last Saturday and today got upgraded.but it miss out RM50 discount.please check to make sure of RM200 discount is added into your online dashboard.
