I just upgraded to 100mbps. No sms received, just walk-in to tmpoint then CS said i can upgrade by adding rm10. Thats all. --- Ipoh mali

Is it previous customer did just received TQ50 can get rm10 free upgrade?
Mine didn't get any sms from TM 

Just chat via unifi live chat. The CS open report and submit to sales dept regarding rm10 upgrading plan. Hopefully would be done by next few days by TM technical team. 

guys, im using Asus Router RT-N14UHP for recently upgraded 100mbps
with lan cable i can get 93mbps only
wifi even worse max also 85mbps
is change of router needed?
because from what i check online , it supports 2.4ghz wireless n only

Went to TM Point (Quill City Mall) today to apply Unifi for my new house in PJ - Bonanza 50mb package RM189.

At the same time i also applied Bonanza 30mb package RM139 to replace my parents house 50mb RM199 package (upgraded from 30mb to 50mb after year end promotion last year). When i called 100 previously the operator said don't have option to add RM10 to upgrade speed to 100mb and this was also the same thing the staff at TM point told me today - they discontinued rm10 promotion for current 50mb users.

sucky part is that cannot replace the old 50mb with new 30mb straight away. need to wait for them to install 30mb first then after that go and terminate the old 50mb.

TM installer just replace this new btu to me , this HUAWEI EchoLife HG8240H , this new model is gigabit capable ?

unifi pro 100, the rm10 upgrade, and the router is tplink ac1200

but i feel like accessing games loading screen also slow, sometimes about 10 sec to read,

gmail still loading..

mikrotik is a good router, but as an AP I think the signal quite weak right?

Guys, does anyone faced this issue before ?

Using facebook on your phone on Wi-Fi and suddenly it does not load, just like disconnected from internet, then I switch to mobile data it loads and switch back to Wi-Fi then only it continue to work.
So is it router problem or unifi problem ?

guys I just have my router replaced with Archer C1200, seems okay but on LAN still getting only 94Mbps max, should I also change the modem ?

And I just realize download anything from Play Store on my devices have a 1-minute delay before downloading, switching to data will download instantly, any solution ?
