QUOTE(reapermax @ Nov 3 2017, 10:39 AM) I am in tm point, counter has told me if you are in 30mbps package, the only choice you have is to either upgrade to 50 or 100. Is not possible to terminate and reapply again. Terminate, pay RM500 and re apply cannot for 30mbps RM179 user? If can do like this, should be able to save RM460.Time to report to MCMC. QUOTE(vuiloong93 @ Nov 13 2017, 09:07 AM) Hi everyone, Yerp, it will work. All 8 additional ports and remaining 2 port at DIR-615 can be use to access the Internet.I have some questions to ask about ethernet switch. I subscribed TM Unifi 50mbps plan, using D-Link wireless N router DIR-615. Originally the router has 4 LAN ports, 1 meant for Hyyp TV. Hence, the other 3 ports are for computers and laptops. If I use an ethernet switch connect to 1 of the 3 ports, will it works for other computers/laptops which connect to that ethernet switch? |

Guys let start by reporting this unfairness to SKMM. Every call you made to TM, they will create ticket. Take that ticket and submit to SKMM.
I am also looking for the RM139 pamplet for 30mbps to complaint. We are still paying RM179 but stuck at 30mbps |

QUOTE(MGM @ Nov 24 2017, 08:54 PM) Those who got great deal are those previously rewarded with free speed upgrade. With this additional rm10 upgrade their Unifi plan is further enhanced. Not fair right? People who subscribe before Feb this year got free upgrade, then got again now. Then people who subscribe after Feb 2017 got nothing? |

QUOTE(brianklc @ Nov 24 2017, 09:12 PM) Life is always not fair. TM did communicate in all mass media for a long period and had extended the promotion for a few times. If the keep on extending the offer, is it fair to those who took up the offer during promo period? Thus, timing is very important... If the service is not available prior to Feb 2017 then how to subscribe? TM took date install not date submit application... |
